Then claimed the reason why it wasn't releasing on Xbox was due to it's engine (the same engine PG's used all their games) not being compatible, which was total bs.
Saturn failed because Bernie Stolar announced publicly that the system wasn't their future. Which ticked off several 3rd party publishers and devs (i.e. Working Designs and Eidos), resulting in them dropping support for the system and working exclusively with Sony and PSX.

Their next title is rumored to use UE4. NRS uses a heavily modified version of UE3 for most of their releases due to it making it easier for cross platform development. The fact that Injustice 2 and MK11 look as visually stunning as they do running on UE3 is astounding.
