Max Payne 3 was a great game on it's own, but it wasn't the sequel I wanted for that franchise. The noir style was such an important part of it's appeal.
I don't think Valve believes in games that don't have their own economies anymore. I pretty sure I saw an interview where Gabe referred to Portal 2 as a dissapointment for them.
In the end it's Blizzards servers and they can set the guidelines however they want. Just don't let the whiners be the loudest voices in the dev's ear.
We're in for some interesting articles when the remake comes out...It's either going to be about the game's "problematic" elements, or how they dumbed everything down for PC-reasons.
Something just looks off to me about this game. Maybe it's just Bioware's art style in the Frostbite engine. I'm going to wait and see what the opinion on this is before I jump in.
I'd concede that arguing over accurate depictions of race in a fantasy world is a stupid argument to have, but also mandating required amounts of diversity in every game is dumb and authoritarian.
It's more likely to be a run down of this year's sparrow racing league, and whatever else they've got planned. I don't think we'll see Destiny 2 until E3.
A lack of ability to work with people who think differently than they do is probably why they're Indie Devs.
This will probably end with the new exotic pulse rifle.
I hadn't played since Cataclysm, but I'm enjoying all the updated and pre-launch events so far.
Don't engage with these people, and under no circumstances should you ever apologize. This is all a power trip to them, and an apology is like blood in the water.
Lol I'm not that old, I understand the draw of twitch. I don't understand why anyone would want to watch some unstable kid.
I'm not familiar with this person, but are they using the term popular loosely? What's the value in watching someone like this?
I'm not really sure how any of this ruins Steam's Platform, but to me it looks more like whiny consumers asking to be protected from their own poor choices.
Everything highlighted in the article is a voluntary transaction. No one is forcing you to support an early access game or bet away 'skins'. If Valve has to financially insure that every user feels validated in buying a game in Early access it would probably go away entirely, and many, very popular, g...
Bioware was always more invested in gender and identity stuff than most developers, but it's their game and their choice.
I'm coming off of a 3 month break from the game and getting back it feels good now that you've got more options to get to max light. Raiding with my part is probably the most fun I've had on the PS4, so this will be a definite pre-order for me.
This is why Trump has gotten as far as he has. The Left and the media just can't stop talking about him, and a lot of people who aren't conservatives are going to vote for him just because he pisses off all the PC holier than thou types.
I think it's likely she'll be added to the game eventually, but I'm not sure why they think it would happen today.
I'd say don't cancel. The SP is awesome, I've been re-playing the original for a week now in anticipation and it's great how similar they feel. It the kind of game that you wouldn't mind going back and replaying levels just to find all the secrets, because they don't load you down with so much exposition. I'm not as interested in the MP, but what I did play of it seemed like the standard fare.
I love Destiny, and I'm playing Warmind now, but the criticisms of the campaign are more than fair. It's better than Curse of Osiris, but that's not a high bar to reach.
