Speed freaks on the PSX was a really good one.
I'd put Street Fighter 2 over 3. 2 and all its different versions dominated the arcade scene back in the day in a way that 3 never did.
Nailed it. Tbh though Sega don't know how to make a good Sonic game anymore.
All that was missing from your wall of text was the word Clarice at the end of some sentences.
The cry babies? It was Nintendo’s perception that yanks didnt like difficult games hence the easing of the difficulty.
So they’re gonna double huh. And make what, 6 new games over the next 5 years?
tbh it doesn’t need a sequel. Fantastic game but not something to make into a long running series.
Enough of the remakes already.
Toasty!
Mass Effect is one but don’t include the reapers.
Strike Series needs one as nothing has come out since the PS1 days.
And maybe something from the Landstalker/Alundra lineage.
I think you underestimate how long and badly a lot of users on here hold a grudge. They’ve got the sharpest axes.
I agree with your not too little too late sentiment. Everyone makes a bad decision at some point. Let’s see if they can rectify and improve in a way that benefits them, consumers and developers before we start frothing at the mouth.
If all you have to do is “redistribute their attribute points” then starting a new game is pointless.
lol secrets. You know the first thing you’re gonna do is lure the butler to the freezer and shut the door on him haha.
Im 10 or 15 hrs in. No fucking waaay Im starting over again. Time is precious.
Worst generalisation take of 2023.
“In gaming, the love of Microsoft started as a way to get back at Sony for beating Sega in the console war.”
This reads like fan fiction.
After watching a bit of this I think I'll pass this one. The original was great for what it was but I don't think I can get behind a different protagonist and I've only just finished Control's dlc.
Worst part of it was having to do 3 fetch quests in order to do the actual heist.
Changing characters was pretty cool though. I agree with everything else you say.
I just hope the game is a raging success. So much so that it brings Sony to the table to do a trade on exclusive titles.
Really didnt like this game even though I finished it. Interested to see how they’ve improved it.
Compared to other RPG’s of its era it was pretty lame.
