I regret wasting time reading such a horribly written opinion piece as this one. It was especially nice that he took the time to complain about everything with the new consoles, because everyone knows that is how a writer demonstrates their integrity and unbiased opinion - by hating EVERY SINGLE THING. Looking at his previous articles, I would not be surprised if he is off in some forum now praising the "PC Master Race."
Is that why the article says specifically that Playstation 3 and Playstation 4 sales totaled almost 3.5 million?

Actually, Microsoft cannot advertise Destiny in Japan since it is a Playstation exclusive there. I do agree that it is ridiculous for people to criticize the inclusion of 3rd party games in a console commercial.
Makes me want to buy an XBox One, and I am not even Japanese. Pretty sure that feeling will go away when I see the Aaron Paul commercial we are stuck with in the U.S.
I did expect it to just be a 3 minute commercial of a Titan dropping in to fight Godzilla. That would have been completely acceptable.
