This game is not my thing but I admit that is visually impressive, however it would make a lot more sense if it launched closer to the Xbox series X release to serve as a game as a tech demo, like Ryse son of Rome was to Xbox one, now it will be another game on gamepass and I think that in terms of sales it won't sell well and that's why ms is not marketing it, to not spend more money on the 100+ million that it was already spent on its development.

People on pc shouldn't upgrade at all, it breaks mods, intrudesses more bugs and don't add nothing of true value. For me is going to stay in "last-gen" version, I don't know why we're using the term Next gen since we are already at this current gen at least for 3 years...
The pricing of Mt's are awful and overpriced but the biggest issue for me is the so little that they add to games, usually cosmetics, time savers and whatnot. I guess that Mt's should be only for dlc like expansion packs or more side missions and quests, but even this should be in the final product anyway...

What I don't get is why they're doing this? to appeal to the people criticizing the character? They won't play the game anyway and Sony is pissing of the people who really want to play it, this not understandable at all. I don't get the controversy about the character, anyone who goes to a gym every now and then sees a girl dressed with less or tighter clothing so what are you going to do? Complain to the gym owner? This is a doll people not a real person...
It's a shame that the upgrade it's not an upgrade at all, it's just some dlc missions an unlocked frame rate and to mess up free mods so they can charge you for them. They didn't fix the physics problems, they didn't fix the FPS drops on some areas of the map, they didn't fix almost no bugs (we have the unofficial fo4 patch for that). I'm on pc and I'm not upgrading it.
That was exactly my case, and find it quite boring... I rather play diablo 2 remastered. The game is all grind and all about the end game, you level up so quickly that I think it's pointless, they should let you choose the skills from the begining of the game, it's all about the loot anyway so what's the point of the level up system?

Thank god I use the f4se to launch the game so I won't have to update, yesterday steam gave me the option but then I saw various articles saying that the update not only breaks the mods but saves too so I decided not to upgrade and thought to myself: "Naaah... It will be fine"

I'm sure Taro-sama knows what is talking about, but imo automata is a great and unique game, great gameplay story and music (ost), the graphics are bit bad though, while stellar as great gameplay, good sound and great graphics, story wise I don't know cause I only played the demo, having said that I think that saying that stellar is much better than automata is very premature.
Automata is one of my favourite games of all time so, for me, stellar as very steep mountain to clim...
