It would be sad but Nintendo did this to themselves. They milked Mario for over 25 years. Nothing lasts forever. Then they release a goofy console priced at least 50% higher then any console they released in the past.
I'm sure the 1 year head start 360 had certainly didn't hurt either.
Im pretty sure Nintendo was forced to cut price because of smartphone growth rather then a system that is months and months away.

I guess if you only have very basic computing needs. I usually have a browser window open with about 5 or 6 tabs, a chat program, a media player open to watch tv shows, a media player open to listen to music and sometimes a tv window open to watch live tv off my tuner card. I also use the pc for ripping encoding, burning, photo editing etc.
I'm not sure what kind of pc you have but a Wii? uh.. no.

Just get it on PC if you can. Don't think the requirements will be very high to run this game. $20 cheaper and I'm almost positive the loading times will be better.

Honestly, doesn't look that impressive to me. All the locales seem too empty and dead. And that last part with the guy failing around at the monster was awkward to say the least. 2nd video is better though I guess.
Historically true. But right now at this moment I think the GTX 460 and GTX 470(if you can put up with the heat and power req) are the best bang for the buck cards. Since they usually come with 1 or 2 games you can flip for $25 to $35. But this could change soon when more info is available about Ati's 6xxx series.

They also gave game of the year 2k8 to Metal Gear 4 and game of the year 2k9 to Demons Souls. I guess MS paid for those PS3 exclusive GOTY selections as well.

All the dlc is pretty much a rip off in my opinion. At $7 a pop for 1 to 2 hours of gameplay I would recommend you save your money as well. If you finish DOA and want more content go find Awakenings for cheap. At least you get 15 to 20 hours of content for $25 to $30.

Yeah I actually got it for $10 last year. After $10 credit at Amazon. Doesn't look like they are offering it this year though. It ran perfectly when I had my I5 750 and GTX 260 absolutely everything maxed out.
$300 console to play web games. Yeah I don't see this having much impact on anything.
