You calling people 'morons' doesn't help you look any better. Consider, like them, that you made an error in the message. Nothing to get so defensive over.
OT: Loving the game and am very happy to see it succeed!
Well, there's obviously an agenda with this author. Telling us what Sony wants us to think of Cage. I don't ever recall Sony tell me what to think of anyone, let alone David Cage.
I won't click the article (enough wonderful people here have paraphrased its obvious nonsense), but it's just sad to see these kinds of write ups make "news" these days.
You clearly haven't played Detroit.
Over"hyped" or overrated? People often get those confused. In neither case would I agree, as the sum of God of War's parts are nicely represented by that high 94 Metascore, but I figured I'd help you with that. :)
Not just bigger, but MUCH bigger. God of War will easily clear 10 million before the holiday. A better metric would be to look at how it compares to Halo 3's first month!
LOL!
OT: Jokes aside, this is pretty freakin' impressive!
BOOM!
Only takes two seconds to check either Metacritic or OpenCritic to confirm how wrong you are.
Have you not seen the MANY other reviews on the site? :P
Gosh, some of you REALLY missed this obvious joke! :P
Not everyone called it clickbait. Plus, Bend is simply stating what every dev should - that they'll have a release date when it's ready, and in the mean time, will be polishing it up. They haven't 'admitted' to anything, though.
Besides, the last company I'm worried about releasing messy and unfinished games is Sony.
Correction: Sony already won this generation and will probably win the next because they DO give fans what they want!
Pretty simple concept to grasp and I agree 100%. Sony doesn't JUST put this out there. They have been transparent all gen. When this type of stuff is all the company talks about, that is where the problems lie.
Exactly.
Good "but not quite great"..... Okay.
OT: Although the screens look fantastic, the option to actually see them at their full res isn't here. Regardless, the game is looking ready for prime time! Very excited for it!
Nah.
OT: I know quite a few people skipping this because of that omission. I'm still interested to check it out, but I don't know about buying.
I'm not saying a Gears of War-type success would be "enough". I said they need it, >FOR STARTERS<, which is true. It means it's a start in the right direction. Right now, they don't even have that.
Next, of course Sony didn't make it to where they did with one game, but then, I never mentioned Sony nor did I say otherwise.
Well said.
This is too funny.
OT: What next? They just need to get their priorities in order. They need a homerun like Gears of War, for starters. Something that pulls that core crowd right in!
Or, just get yourself a PS4. Problem solved.
