Can someone explain to me how you get better graphics from this quote:

Another dumb comment. You are on a roll today. Why would ANYONE in their right might give up a reliable PS3 with the best exclusives coming this year for a 360 that will most likely fail on them, and has only a few great titles for 2008 and beyond? Only someone who looks past reality and lives in fantasy land. Also, this again has nothing to do with 360 vs PS3. The game fills up an entire 50gb blu ray disc. The 360 can't even come close to that space. I've heard that low res textures are used...
Why are you making this out as a 360 vs PS3 argument? He's saying that EVEN the PS3 can't realize his true vision. The PS3 is more powerful than the 360. He was not saying 360 > PS3, he's saying his ideals > PS3. L2Read!

He's dissapointed because he only had 50gb of space to work with. There are low rez textures on the bluray disc which means worse graphics than what is possible on the PS3. Could you imagine if he tried to make it for 360? He'd be more than dissapointed, he'd be suicidal.

This is so dumb. Why attack a 5 minute install? 5 minutes is literally nothing. Especially if it helps frame rate and pop up issues. I am glad I am buying the PS3 version if for no other reason than MS doesn't deserve my money.
Sigh, I waited to put in my code till I found out the beta was available to download. I should have expected this would happen. This game is huge! I hope it is sorted out before the beta starts.
Just by games alone, PSP takes this. Add in all the other features, and multimedia functions of the PSP, its a no brainer.
PSP > DS in just about every aspect.
All the Pro-PS3 comments bring a tear to my eye. Just this time last year it was all "PS3 Sux", "No good games", "Sony eats little children", etc... Seems like everyone is realizing what a great machine the PS3 is and what a great future it has, way to go people. I salute you.
Wii is not bettering the industry. It has the lowest rated games of any of the systems. It is a breeding ground for shovelware. This is because it is such a hot seller and the technology is very well known. No one cares about making good games for the Wii except Nintendo. It is a shame.
It does matter. Developers usually stay with the winning platform which is why i'm upset with the Wii. I want some really great exclusives for PS3 that use its full capability. And until it passes 360 in sales, we won't really get that except from Sony 1st party developers.
Talk to me when it outsells the PS2. Because that is who its competing against. BTW it is a toy.

If he prefers the 360, then he prefers 360. Nothing we can say or do will make him want it for PS3. Its the same with me. DLC doesn't matter much to me. I've always played GTA on the Playstation and this will be no different. I get all multiplatform games on my PS3. I'm really curious to see what the version differences are. Can't wait for some more reviews.
I don't agree. NES and SNES were two of the greatest systems ever made and it wasn't because of "casuals". It was the core gamer. The DS and Wii are ruining the market with horrible games. There are a few gems for each system but nothing near the quality of 360, PS3 and PSP games. Its a fact. Nintendo is doing what is smart in a business sense, which is to appeal to the mass market. Sony and Microsoft are targeting the core gamer and are the only ones who are moving forward in gamin...
PS3 outsells 360 by at least 50k a week in Worldwide numbers. Its like 18 mil vs 11 mil for total worldwide sales. And PS3 has amazing games this year. PS3 will catch up and overtake the 360 eventually. I don't see how people can think the 360 will not end up last this generation.
If that review that was posted is to be believed, the PS3 version of the game is the superior version.

CoD4, Burnout Paradise, DMC4, have all been noted to look a little bit better on the PS3 from online game review sites like 1up. 360 multiplatform games USED to look better than the PS3 version. Now its usually identical or the PS3 version edges it out slightly. There will always be exceptions to this but it is no where near 98%. More like 20%.
