I really do wish there were more people like you on this site. I definately agree with you, however I think god of war 3 and uncharted 2 are the 2 best games I have ever played.
You could actually hear your fan? I have the same 60GB ps3 and I have not once heard any noise. I admit that I don't play it nearly as much as my 360, but I have not even heard it during long gaming session. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for my 360. It sounds like a jet engine from the moment I press the power button.

So I assume that you know the entire compatibility library for Kinect? Fable 3 will support Kinect and there are likely to be many other hardcore titles to support it in some form also. But as Substance101 mentioned "both kinect ant move are mostly for casual games."

You are incorrect my friend. The 360 has 3 hyper-threading cores that can process two thread simultaneously per core, the equivalent to 6 cores. All cores have access to the same 512MB of memory as the GPU. The ps3 uses only 7, one is reserved for the OS. Therefore it has 6 specialized SPE cores, w/o any shared memory, available for the game application.
This site is of rabid PS3 fanatics who constantly bash the xbox 360, but jump on anyone who mentions the 360's strengths over the PS3. Some of you seem to worship Sony, when reality is both systems has certain advantages over each other. Also neither system blows the other out of the water, performance wise they are extremely close.
I am just sick of hearing these comments about the 360 holding back the PS3.

They really out did themselves this time. I thought it was going to be mediocre after playing the demo at the end of last year. However, when I played the complete game for the first time yesterday I was absolutely amazed. It will be a long time before someone can top GoW III.
I have to disagree with the review score. GoW III feels like a game that should be on a "Next Gen", PS4/Xbox 720 console. I have not gotten far yet, but it is absolutely amazing to me.
Why is it that PS3 fan boys cry foul and claim that there is some sort of conspiracy against Sony whenever a ps3 game doesn't get a perfect score.

I hit disagree instead of agree by mistake. However I completely agree with you. Halo seems to be the ps3 fanboys enemy. You mention it and they start to go crazy trying to put it down.

OOPS, I didn't see the post before me.
I am an electrical engineer and while this tech is neat its not really efficient. The only real world use I can really see for it is to recharge low power consumption devices (i.e. as a cellphone charger replacement).
Uncharted2 has made this the year of the PS3. The multilayer demo is the best I ever played. IMO, it puts Halo and GoW to shame. I am definitely getting this as soon as it comes out, like at midnight.

Its a matter of opinion. Just because the Media does not agree with you does not make them biased. I personally found killzone 2 boring and so did a lot of people that I know. I never played res2 but tried my best to get into resistance 1. However I have beat every Halo game, except Halo Wars. I personally like Halo, but imo half life 2 is the best game ever.
Uncharted 2 is one of the best game ever made. It executed everything perfectly and left you feeling very satisfied when you were done playing.
