The Digital Foundry on this one will be very interesting.
@Lodossrage
M$ started charging for xbox live in the original Xbox days when it was up against the PS2.
Fair enough but boggles my mind that you'd rather have Sony having a bigger share that they already have by diminishing the offerings on Xbox than Xbox having a larger share and Sony having to offer you more in the name of competition.
Genuine question, do you believe the gaming industry would have been in a better place at the end of this generation if the overwhelming market leader, Sony, was allowed to continue to use its market position to make Bethesda games timed exclusives against the 3rd place console?
Continue to use its market position to get defacto exclusivity on genre defining titles such as COD exclusivity deals, Final fantasy Exclusivity deals etc
At the end of that gene...
Because prior the CMA wasnt willing to accept any concessions, now they clearly are.
Looks like they are caving, they are going to 'negotiate' with M$ now.
Wow, deals closing before the deadline then. What a monumental waste of my tax that was CMA.

Same, but I think it will be very hard to capture the magic of the first one. It hit so hard and I don't know if the same feeling can go across to a new game.
Do we need articles from every person in the industry when they offer an opinion on this FTC trial? Its all show and false opinions to help their cases. Jim Ryan doesn't believe this of Gamepass anymore than Satya wants to end Exclusives.
It is for the standard collection, it has been confirmed to come with a disk. The collectors version doesn't and has its code engraved onto one of the collectibles.
You Sony fanboys are hilarious.
And if the dominant company in gaming then responds to this by bolstering its offering, increasing its output and creating a COD alternative, is that not a better gaming landscape than we have now?
As sad as I am to see how action focused the series has become, its great to see how polished and well crafted it is from a technical perspective.
So being unbiased and not flaming on a non-playstation game is being a fanboy... Bit of a pot kettle and black story you've got going on here. Especially when they criticise aspect of Starfield and actually criticised Tears of the Kingdom, but you would have known that if you had bothered to watch the video.
Man these guys always give a great tech breakdown. Will be interesting to see what CPU will be needed to run this at 60fps consistently on PC.
That date is entirely in M$' favour and one they fought and argued for as CMA wanted one far later in the year so they could prepare.
What a great idea for use of the IP and should have provided plenty of opportunity to make a brilliant and interesting game. What they have shown however looks absolutely horrendous.
No still have my PS4, not really been any reason to upgrade to the next gen yet, they are all pretty meek and most of the games release on PC anyway.
They can take there time, hopefully make the NPCs less generic. ill not buy it until its comes down from their £70 on steam price anyway
Microsoft buying the competition would be them buying Sony. This is a minority marketshare holder buying another minority marketshare holder and will still be smaller than the market leader.
