Both game feature cute kid oriented characters but the gameplay is completly different.
Out of curiosity, how many delays are justify by the developpers being behind schedule and how many are due to the publisher waiting for a bigger install base ?
I think all 3 console now have large install bases so there should not be any more delay due to the seond reason.

Both Sony and MS hire people to pretend to be gamers and post on various sites like this one. Gamers don't have hours to waste trying to figure a way COD4, DMC, Skate or Barbie goes to Vegas 12 could look better on their console. They are spending way too much time playing games.

Here is how I See it : First they put video ads during loading screen and they say "no big deal, there was nothing to do during loading anyway", then they start asking developpers to put mandatory "loading time", or pretend loading time so they throw a couple more ads.
