I work in the film business. Most films are shot on the ARRI ALEXA camera. It's shoots 2K maximum. Almost all theaters project 2K maximum. There is the RED EPIC camera that shoots 5K that sometimes is used on movies and televison but even then, when it is edited it is done in 2K. Point being there is NO 4K media available.
If Sony's PS4 supports 4K it will only be for videogames.
I can't wait for MW3 to come out so all the immature punks will leave BF3.
