It really isn't an archaic device for what it is doing. It was NEVER meant to compete graphically with XB1/PS4. It is publishers decisions to try to shoehorn games meant for XB1/PS4 onto the Switch. When making a game for the Switch only, developers use its power capabilities. It is selling like gangbusters because it pulled off being a great system that for the first time connects to your TV very easily and seamlessly with the docking station. It is simply an option, but people like the ...

I really loved these games. I think they do some things better than even Uncharted, though I still like Uncharted more. I guess I wonder what they will do with Laura now that the origin trilogy is done.

The only one I got was when it was free on PSN. I think WWE 2K16.

PS2 is a big one for me. I can play my PS3 and PS1 games on my practically brand new PS3, but PS2 is the system left behind...ironic being the system that sold the most units ever.

I might cry...I really mean cry. That would be the be all end all, but I guess that is what online cloud gaming should bring one day I suspect. The thing is I would love hardware backwards compatibility. There is always licensing issues. Music or content that the license has expired or there are those studios that are long gone that make it difficult. I just know if any of you gamers are like me, there are plenty of obscure games you like that others may not and therefore following a model li...

I have a VERY strong reason I bought all 3rd party games on Xbox One instead of on my PS4. Very few will accept it, very few acknowledge it, but I don't give a shist. I used my Xbox One exclusively for of course Xbox One exclusives, but also 3rd party games because of ease of expansion. PS4 wouldn't allow seamless external hard drive use. Plus early on the most you could upgrade your internal hard drive was 2 TBs on the PS4. I love having my games instantly available. I hate the idea ...

I don't think I saw Virtua Fighter characters in this one. Too bad, they want me to spend money, that is how I would. I need Jacky.

He's off taking care of some haunted place...likely better off for it too.

Thing is there is less and less to play with so many developers/publishers putting this stuff in their games. It's sad. I miss the good old days of the game you bought is the game you got.

Well doing away with the season pass everyone should have known they were going to make their money somehow. I said that from the moment I heard no season pass.

People bemoan micro transactions, but they really could be great. If you are a gamer who ignores them then they aren't hurting you. Meanwhile, those who do indulge in them are hopefully creating the needed income for developers thus it is a win win. I only spend on extra content. More tracks, new area, more story, more cars once in a while etc. I almost never buy cosmetic crap or even weapons. Unless it is pay to win crap, they really can be ignored.

It is getting annoying to even live in this world. Makes me want to be a hermit.

Yes, but Street Fighter at it's worst was kitten play to the cheating CPU in so many SNK fighters. Ugh. They are pretty much unplayable in my book at certain difficulty levels. Art of Fighting anyone. The original Street Fighter II on SNES at the highest difficulty was still a walk in the park. You really could begin to exploit the cheating computer to make winning easy. Just my humble opinion.

I wouldn't disagree with you, but those who truly love the game are much more likely to overlook such things. My oldest son is that person even more so than me. Lol. He's a Borderlands nut. Had the $99 version pre ordered the moment you could pre order it.

I love it too. To each their own, so if we like it we like it.

I think a game does not have to reinvent the wheel every iteration. I think Borderlands needs to be Borderlands. If I want to play a different kind of FPS game, I'll play COD, Wolfenstein, Bioshock etc. I think Borderlands offers enough content to keep me interested. I get nervous when gamers demand too much change. I fell in love with Borderlands because it did what Borderlands did. I'd rather it stay doing what it does and that I have come to love than to try something new and ruin ...

In can't believe more down votes to what I wrote. There are just too many fanboys in video games. Toxic really. So sad.

Amen my brother. I love them. I do believe that 360 and PS3 remasters aren't quite necessary, but when you go back to earlier games, like Crash Team Racing, that is where I get TRULY excited. I want Sega Saturn, PS1 and N64 remasters. I couldn't imagine Panzer Dragoon Remastered!! Wow!
