In fact the reason they are making the remake multple parts is because they don't want to remove anything and instead have even more content overall compared to the original. No that isn't what happened. Luminous Studios was working on a next gen IP and several other non gaming projects. Whatever stuff Luminious was working on Square didn't thnk they would get a return on so they cancelled it. The DLC was cancelled because of the hit Square took from the losses at Luminous. The DLC was not the cause.

@EDKICK: G3ng4r implied that the entire project was scrapped and restarted which is obviously bs. All we have is some dude saying that CC2's work from the initial game play reveal has been scrapped which would hardly be a huge blow even if we had complete confirmation that it were true. @G3ng4r: You have zero evidence for this. They did not restart from scratch ffs. The game has been in development since early 2014 so they most likely have something to show soon whether it be at E3 or PSX.
It is 100% not an FPS. That is the dumbest rumor I have ever heard. CDPR has already said that the game is third person and can be switched to first person. They have said this game will have heavy character customization which is needed for and RPG video game based on a deep pen and paper role playing system. A game like this would not work if it was a first person shooter. Lol.
Cyberpunk 2077 will probably satiate your thirst for Cyberpunk games. CDPR is supposed to show gameplay at E3 this year. So stoked.

He is experimenting with methods of producing films that are cheaper and can get around big production companies like Warner Bros and others so that he can deliver us the content without all the corporate bs that diminishes creative freedom.
