This is great news indeed. Now more people can experience this cult classic PS4 game. We are beginning to see more and more PS4 titles on Now, which could result in more subscribers to the service.

8K? The PS4 PRO doesn't even display GT sports at native 4K so PS6 seems more likely for 8K than the PS5 at this point. I would rather them to add more contents such as more cars and tracks than wasting the resources on bigger textures.
I thought it is1440p and 60fps on the PS4 Pro? Wow, that is disappointing if it is just tje standard 1080p in order to get 60fps.

Overload it is an optional service exclusively on Xbox one and Scorpio. Nothing wrong with more options for owners of that ecosystem.
Most likely it won't be on PC because of BC of X360 titles.

Overload, that is why it is an Alpha. It is not supposed to reveal much such as when BC for Xbox 360 titles were previewed, it only had a few low key games. Now, BC on Xbox One has over 300 titles with games like GTA4, Red Dead Redemption, The Mass Effect and Bioshock trilogy. The same will happen to this service.

It is an option just like PS Now is an option for PS4 owners to play older titles. But unlike that service, this one here by MS don't require streaming and have both last gen and current gen titles.
Awesome news! As a multiplatform consoles and PC owner, this will give me a great incentive to definitely buy all third party games on the digital Xbox One version. RE7, now Shadow of War are Play Anywhere supported. I can see this as a trend from third party support going forward.
