Plans to overhaul PSN is most likely just referring to PSN name changes. Sony has to overhaul the system to get it to work properly. I don't know how you came to the conclusion it has anything to do with their first party or PS Now
Horizon Zero Dawn is better than The Witcher 3 only in gameplay, everything else Witcher wins. Ask any Witcher fanboy and they will tell you the gameplay was always the Achilles heel of that franchise.

Why doesn't anyone remember that Sony smoothly transitioned their dominance from the PS1 gen to the PS2 gen. Next generation will 99% likely do the same. Microsoft this gen isn't even first in their own home country, yet people expect a few studio purchases (some mediocre) to drastically change the WORLD domination of PlayStation? Not a chance.

It's ok to organically grow but don't just add more to the existing studios you have, how about build an entirely new one from the ground up as well.
I think they should build a brand new studio from Japan. Poach some talent from all those third party japanese devs, that would be great.
