He not talking about the future of Sony or the PS3 at all, and actually barely even mentions them. He talking about the future of gaming and how so much of the data we think we own really isn't ours, and all it takes is one little glitch to lose access to it. This game was gimped and held back on the PS3 for a LONG time. Kitase slipped up and said so in an interview when asked about remaking FFVII.

Did he just say FFXIII has been in development as a multiplat for 3 YEARS?? More concrete proof that they were making a 360 version long ago, and PS3 owners really did have to wait because of it.
