Well i disagree jackdoe, A beta is a test of partial version of the game. If you are not even able to play the game then it isn't a beta. The issue is with konami not be ready for the beta, not enough servers or connections issues what ever. While i understand it is a beta (to work out bugs and such). But not being able to connect to even play the game is unacceptable in my view. I know no other beta that had connection issues such as this, Halo3 nor COD4 had these type of issues. Really what should we expect from someone that doesnt make or even ever made a online multiplayer game(s).

Man you are so wrong, Halo3 was overhyped but Halo2 was not. It was a sequel to a very good game. And i expect this to be no different, this will be a very good sequel regardless of hype or what anyone says. Actually this is allready my most wanted game this year for any console.

For some reason i was kinda hoping when i put my mouse on the screen i would have a little tampon pointer to soak up the blood to reveal what is behind it.

60fps is not a big deal. What is a big is not allowing dropped frames. If you can get a constant 35-40 fps with no drops at all, i would be satisfied with that. I would rather have 40fps with 1080p than to have 60fps with 720p. But either way i will be happy =). Just as long as there isnt any drops in fps everything will be ok.
Halo3 might be a little overrated but COD4 is not. And yes the have ruined it, So that means Devs have to step up there game. Any military shooter is going to be compared to it. So hopefully we will get better titles cause of it.
I think i more hyped for this game than alot of the other titles to come out this year.
Well it shoudlnt void your warranty cause there is nothing in the manual about it, you know not doing it. They shouldnt even allowed the console to do this i dont think. Nothing beats a good ol can of air anyways.
I enjoyed the series alot. So this is probably a day one purchase for me.

Actually much as i hate to say it, i agree. The gameplay of this racer is average at best. All i can say is the cars look great and the pavment of the track looks good with lighting and such. But everything else is lackluster. I am glad i rented this from gamefly and didn't buy it.
