Considering how well Pcsx2 runs on my AMD Cpu I will be in need of quite a significant upgrade to even think of trying to run a ps3 emulator =/
It's good that they showcase these sorts of games on 'mainstream' media outlets because it shows the variety and artistic merit that games can provide.
@Foxtrot 2 was better than 3 IMO.
I remember playing the first one and finding it very difficult. The graphics were pretty good for it's time as well.
How is that related to Burnout?
Civ IV over Civ V.
Why?
Great console =D. Loved the little screen on the controllers even if the controllers weren't great.
My expectations were based on rhetoric and advertisements/coverage.
Part of the problem was arguably the false advertising. A lot of people bought into the game expecting a story experience surrounding the traveller and the different alien races however it was more like an grindy MMO with something like 4 cut scenes which contained very little substance to them.
This was the last game I pre-ordered and it will be the last game I ever pre-order. I'll give the game credit for that at the very least. I honestly bought the game expecting a Mass Effect-esque experience.
The way they showed this traveller object and the different planets and the spaceships made it seem so appealing. The developer also had previous reputation for quality games. However upon completion of the 'story' I've yet to return and for good reason.
@paul-p1988 Yes I also have the high pitch noise. To be completely honest it's worked perfectly despite the noise so I've thought nothing of it. It should become less prevalent over time.
Anyone ever told you that you look like a 3rd rate Bradley Cooper. Also Linux is a great OS and more popular than you'd think.
May not be the greatest 'documentary' however props to the beeb for making a gaming related documentary in the first place it's quite rare (in the UK at least) that a gaming related documentary makes it into 'mainstream' television. Here's to more and better gaming docs in the future.
Had mine for about a year and no problems beside it making a strange noise from time to time.
I too disagree with all 4 choices. Don't mind that people like crash or FF7 but I'm not a fan of MGS. The gameplay is ok but the story/characters are completely ridiculous and threw me right out of any sort of immersion, not to mention the seemingly never ending cut scenes full of dialogue so cliché it makes Transformers AOE read like Schindler's List.
Neither game has innovated anywhere near enough as far as I'm concerned. Fifa still has the AI problems that make playing the computer a snoozefest and I've never been into PES in any meaningful way.
The criticism of standard cars is illogical. If you don't like them don't use them. I'd rather have the choice as to use a sub-standard looking car then just take them out of the game. Also they really don't look that bad.
Remember it can take up to 6 months to produce a premium car on GT and a lot of the older cars they don't have access to due to the difficulty in obtaining them for modelling.
Apologies for wrong information but as you logged in via your EA account the E-mail associated with that should be used
Presumably by the E-mail address registered with your PSN.
@a7xgemini Dinosaurs and Humans never co-habited the planet. They were only separated by oh I dunno millions of years.
