First of all there are more PS3s in europe so naturally it will sell more in europe. Secondly, sonys motion control games and sonys more casual games have always been popular in europe. Not so much in the US.

The end of the year means sometime in december at the latest. November the 30th is as close to december as you can possibly get. I dont see how that is unlikely. Kaz even said the game was only 3 days late on their side.
Sony said it would release this year, so unless they delay it again december is a fair bet.

While id rather like to see what NT could do with their own engine id have to say that from a technical graphical standpoint Enslaved is definately better then Heavenly Sword. That game came out long ago and while it did look very good when it came out and still look decent its not quite up to todays standards in graphics.
Well ninja theory has said before that this generation of consoles are to weak for 3D and that it wont be relevant atleast until next generation. Guess they feel kind of butthurt when games like KZ3 come and prove them wrong.
depends if they will ever be able to make a 3d tv without glasses where you dont have to sit at specific points in the room to get the 3d effect. You want a tv where the entire family can sit and watch without having concerns like that.
I know there are 3D tvs that has several viewing angles, but im not sure if its technically possible to make a 3dtv that has a 3d effect nomather where you sit in the room. If not then 3D tvs with glasses might actually be the best.
So let me get this right. Bungie isnt doing 720p because they decided to render their image twice for better lightning effects? Doesnt seem like that worked out for them, because halo 3 looks bad, and telling me what they did to make it that bad isnt going to make it look better.
I do however respect the fact that the game would probably look even worse in 720p because of the sacrifices that has to be made. But that doesnt really put Bungie in a good "light" either....
I dont believe for a second that it has anything to do with GT5 releasing the same month. Its a totally different game and you cant expect to be the only game releasing in what is usually the biggest gaming month of the year november. Its being delayed to fix bugs. They naturally want to ship the game as good as possible both because of reviewers and because of as they said the people who wont update the game. It has to be at a certain quality when they release the game, its quite simple.
I can guarantee you 100% that there are more 360 rebuys then PS3, and it has to do with something called RROD. Theres no use in denying it. Its a fact.
Your numbers are kind of misleading.
The Gap is increasing because software sales increase with the installbase. So 360 software last year was ofcourse many times higher then the 18 million softwares sold the first year if those numbers are correct. To keep track of the gap between ps3 and 360 software sales the only good way of doing it is either looking at 360 software sold 1 year ago vs PS3 now or estimate PS3 software sales 1 year from now which would mean software sales...
I remember people were whining about how Uncharted didnt need multiplayer and that it would suck, not to mention all the concerns about the SP being downgraded because of MP.
We all know how that turned out.
I never doubtet that ND could pull of both a great MP and SP and i dont doubt that Sucker Punch can do it either. They have my blessing to do whatever they want because they know what they're doing
The snow effect in UC2 is better then the water effect in UC1. UC1 water we have actually seen in other games. In no game have i ever seen as good snow as in UC2. If you dont get it then you: a) Have really poor eyesight or b) have no idea what snow looks like, and probably also c) have no idea how hard it is to make snow look great.
