Your issue is comparing a open world arcade racer like Forza Horizon to a driving sim racer that GT has always been known for.

I like CDPR so I want them to do well. After Witcher 3 and DLC's became one of my all time favorite games, I really want to play Cyberpunk. I just hope this doesn't put them in the red and can bounce back from this to make gamers love them again.
I mean the issue is no one knew what the performance of the game was going to be like because they hid it from the public. Not everyone is spending their time on gaming websites to find out every little detail of a game.

That’s their policy normally. But, Sony are making an exception for this game specifically. Guys, read their twitter post lol. You don’t remove a big game if it wasn’t a big problem. Turns out it was.
It probably had to do with CDPR giving Sony bad PR by promising people they would get refunds when they never consulted with Sony or MS reps about refunds. That’s why you saw those posts about people being denied refunds from Sony. Sony was put on the spot and had to give in to the pressure so their rep isn’t tarnished even more.

Ehhh gamers forget pretty easily lol. Companies have always fucked with consumers and yet these same companies still thrive today. Even if the minority group on the internet promise to never forget, there’s still plenty of regular old people who don’t give a crap.
Sounds like most devs are impressed. The haptics will probably get even more advanced as we get further into the gen. Even Dirt 5 devs said they were going to rework the haptics because they can make them better.
Well there aren’t any industry leading devs making GOTY games consistently at Xbox. They have to get from the best. 🤷♂️
Yeah I lost a lot of interest when I found out it was going to be first person. Like all that customization but you can’t see it? I feel they should have started off small if they wanted to make an FPS game rather than such an ambitious game like CP2077.
Yeah they don’t need to make one. They just released the PS5 and the current mobile trend is to have a hybrid console aka the switch or play games on your phone. Unless they release a portable PS5, then it will flop pretty hard.
