I don't think fanboys and trolls are the only ones with criticisms. I think there is general concern that Microsoft's policy could disenfranchise some users but that's a small minority I believe and I believe the numbers will bear this out in the end. If you read what Phil Spencer said, you see Microsoft's thinking.

Didn't know people were still hyped for this game. I gave up after not seeing anything the past 2 years. Agent and The Last Guardian I've also lost interest in. Haven't seen or heard anything about Agent since it was announced and the news surrounding The Last Guardian has been more negative than positive.

Love God of War. God of War 2 was the highlight of everything the PS2 was capable of. The franchise is the greatest action adventure franchise I've played and I had just love the Prince of Persia and DMC games up to God of War. Just love it!

Fantastic game though. Man, there have been some great games this fall. Halo 4, Borderlands 2, Far Cry 3, Assassins Creed 3. Dishonored was the only new IP to really do well critically and commercially.

The truth about those balanced guns is, they're all the same. All the guns in the game look, feel and sound, the same! Treyarch always seems to have to most balanced, and well thought out and supported Call of Duty games but their games are also the most boring games in the series!
How? It's looks more dated than ever, the gameplay is more tired than ever with the changes made making the game's multiplayer less exciting. The game is still on rails. And you can look at my comment history. I'm a huge Call of Duty fan but the formula has just worn thin now.
