For your information, many of the RPGs released in asia have been in Japanese.
You are confused. The reason is, you dont live here in Japan and have no idea how thing are run here.

Japanese 360 owners will be happy. They can pick up the asian 360 version and not have to worry about buying a PS3. The rest of the Japanese public will probably buy a PS3.
But, the 360 does have a lot of JRPGs.
Exactly how I figured it would play out.
Good for Sony and the 360. Sony keeps it exclusive in Japan and 360 owners in Japan can import the Asian version just like they have a lot of other titles. All Asian titles run on the Japanese 360.
Smart move by Square-Enix, best of both worlds.

After today, even if these titles are not exclusive, the 360 doesn't seem like a bad choice at all.
And why is my PS3 still continuing to wait for those inevitable AAA games?
And now if I only owned the PS3, I would also have to wait for these games too? Since they are TIMED exclusives.

RGB full would make a closer comparison with 360 on Expanded since they both output the same color range.
As for calibrating your TV, you have to calibrate for both the 360 and PS3. Welcome to having multiple HD inputs.
No, the point was that when you run the calibration tool, it looks pretty much the same as to when you calibrate limited.
You can not randomly hook up a TV by HDMI, turn on RGB full and get a better picture at this time.
Because not all televisions support it. Only newer ones.
Yes it does it's called Expanded or Extended.
Some TVs do not support RGB and plus Blue Ray uses a different colorspace.

1. RGB Full should only be used if your TV supports it.(How many of you know if it supports it or not?)
2. After calibrating your settings, both RGB and Limited should look the same.
Try this: With your PS3 set to limited and Automatic, use AVIA or DVE and calibrate your brightness and contrast settings. After that, turn on RGB full. Yes, your picture to your eye may look better. Now force RGB in your DVD...
This is funny. There was no GT5 review in the latest Famitsu. You guys have been played.
I agree in a sense. The PS3 lineup is really lacking in Japan right now. The 360 has a larger one in fact. There are some good games coming that Japanese gamers will pick up. Now, they may all sell their 360s when GT5 and FF13 hit, but sales are sales. I'm sure Microsoft will take them now if they can get them.
The Japanese are just like us. They want games NOW.
These sales will not continue, but the 360 will do much better than the XBOX.
These sales were helped by:
1. The Elite
2. Ace Combat 6
3. Word of mouth about Halo 3
4. Larger library of games than the PS3(for the time being)
5. Delays of the PS3's big games and the fact that many of the big games Japanese gamers are waiting for are still a ways off.

This is really going to be a word of mouth game here. The ads here in Japan make no sense whatsoever. The Japanese voice overs in the game are just as brilliant as the English ones.
They should just use the intros in the game and it would sell a hell of a lot better.
