Quake Live is going to revolutionize every thing. I really was not impressed with the last engine that iD used...for Doom 3/Quake 4...seemed too cumbersome and was evident in multiplayer. I hope this new engine is more Quake 3 like.
This, and several dozen other optical media that hold dozens of times more than blu ray is exactly why blu ray is a failure.

MP1 was one of the darkest games ever. MP2 was released ahead of it's time, I don't remember much at all about it because it came out so soon after MP1.
