You really believe that L4D won't at least have a chance for game of the year when they have released MULTIPLE games of the year?
Not to mention Valve have stated that they have received more positive feedback from this game during testing than any other game ever published by them...
L4D will be the game of the year from the most publications, mark my words.

GTA4 has nearly sold double on the 360. Why would Rockstar strive to lose $ by launching on the PS3 first?
If I'm wrong, I'm wrong, but I think anyone that thinks GTA5 will be exclusive in any way to the PS3 is a moron.

Though I do agree that paying for XBL is absolutely ludicrous, it's the only knock I had against the 360. I don't do wireless gaming because it adds latency so I DIDN'T buy a wireless adapter...etc

Alan Wake is made by Remedy. They made some of the best titles ever with Max Payne 1 and 2. Heavy Rain is made by Quantic Dream...I owned Indigo Prophecy but it wasn't even in the same league as Max Payne 1 or 2. If any one states otherwise they are just being biased or ignorant.
Heavy Rain may end up looking spectacular but there's absolutely no way it will beat Alan Wake where it counts.

Truth is, there's nothing unprofessional about admitting that the game launched in an unfinished state with ill-prepared servers to support the online play (which is the main component of the game).
Halo 3 didn't launch did iffy servers. If it did, it would have gotten reamed worse than this.

yes, this is most certainly an opinion and not "news" but guess what? WELCOME TO THE INTERNET. If you look at any popular website, such as digg or reddit, you'll find many of the top articles are from blogs just like screw attack that are RELATED to the topic (usually politics) but not news because it's simply one person's opinion.
