No its the same GPU except is overclocked. Like what PC gamers do; instead of buying a new PC part, pc gamers overclock their current PC part to get better performance. That is all that Sony did: it overclock the current PS4 parts to get better performance. Hence, the minimal increase in say PS4 Pro:

Go from 1.2gbs to 2.6gbs

Is what I did with my rig. I overclock my CPU from 2.4gbs to 3.2gbs. But hey as long as Sony makes money everybody happy.

Why is the PS4 Pro not scalable?

Wait Playstation gamers are actually getting the full game not the early access one? If so these developers deserve no respect from the community that funded their game

What I am confused is their happiness with the PS4 Pro power when really the most powerful platform is the PC. To make matters worse this game started on the PC as early access. So my question is why don't game developers utilize the technology that the PC offers:

Nvidia Gameworks
Physix
4K Native resolution
VR
Realistic everything

It saddens me that game developers get excited for incremental steps like the PS4 Pr...

No, they are releasing the early access version of the game on PS4 not the full game.

Could it be because the team is trying to release the game on multiple platforms at the same time.

So the PS4 version of the game will be released as early access without letting Playstation gamers know is still in early access and not the full game. Meaning will the game be released on PS4 at a discount or full price. Will it have a warning letting Playstation gamers know is still in early access or not. Those are questions that should be answered.

Buy a PC then why wait decades for now

1080p 60 frames per second on every PC game is already possible since 2005. My 2009 gaming PC plays all games at 1080p resolution 45 frames per second. Its 4K resolution 60 frames per second that PC gaming is tackling right now.

See how outdated console hardware is lol

The PS4 Pro should of been scalable, is truly sad that PS4 gamers need to wait for game developers to patch original PS4 games. It defeats the whole purpose of upgrading, when PC gamers upgrade their rigs, their games improve automatically. No need for developers to patch say game.

PC gaming has always offered options.

Because console hardware is outdated, weak, and pathetic. Console manufacturers ensure that game developers dial down their games so as not to make consoles look bad. We as gamers are better off, if Sony/Microsoft ditch hardware altogether in favor of ☁ technology in conjunction with digital distribution. A tv app of Xbox Live/PSN network, that is the true future of consoles

120 fps is already possible on PC. Games like Left4Dead 2, Counterstrike, Team Fortress 2, etc. can be played at 120fps 1080p resolution. That is how outdated consoles truly are.

The PC already solved this issue years ago. What is really missing in gaming is depth/complexity. Today's games have one or two game modes, have fewer maps, no minigames (witcher 3 is the exception not the rule), less exploration, lack of a true neutrality mode (not really good nor bad), etc. My goodness PS2 games had more in-depth games that's sad. The PS4 Pro is an underwhelming, desperate attempt to catch up to PC gaming lol

CD Project Red is not going to be owned by anyone. Is well financially and has a good customer digital store.
