I've been asking for a non installed ps3 for a while now.
I can trade in my 120gb slim model that I put a 320gb drive in, trade it in with the original 120gnb drive and use my existing 320gb drive.
16gb ps3 cheap model with my already existing 320gb drive. done.
at least the ps3 drives aren't proprietary. I can fit a 1tb drive in my ps3 for cheaper than a 360 har...

It's the yellow that makes it ugly. Its worse than the 360 boxes. The green on the 360 boxes makes normally good box art look weird and sometimes awful.

I'd have to agree with most sports games being a rip off. I'd prefer a 2 year release gap with a 2 year update.

One thing the WiiU could do is help extend the ps3's life.
With next gen around the corner for ps4/720, the wiiU will get games that can also run on ps3/360.
Not to mention if sony continues to support the ps3 internally with exclusives just for the ps3 even while developing for the ps4.
THe ps3 with more firmware updates and its recent gaikai acquisition could extend the ps3 life longer and better than that of the ps2.

The game is good. I'm not buying it primarily because not only do I have a lot of other games to play and buying games and dlc when they come out is now really dumb when you can wait for a sale, price drop or game of the year edition.
But with mods on the pc etc, the original game without dlc I'm still not done with.
On top of that timed dlc is dumb, instead of stubborn stop being so willing to spend your money.
