Well that should be pretty obvious considering they're still working on X360 and PS3. As long as the game doesn't have serious jaggies and frame-rate problems then we're good. But I've seen the screenshots and the game looks relatively clean. And I have faith Rockstar has made the game as smooth as possible.

Of course the multi-platforms can be better on the PS4. There is no denying the PS4 is the superior platform hardware wise. It all comes down to whether the game developer will put in the time with each console or just stick to trying to get them to look the same.
I have Time Warner because the only options that I have are them or AT&T. I wish I could have Verizon Fios but they don't have it in my area.
Microsoft should launch whenever they feel comfortable doing so. Don't rush the console and release when 100% ready.

You also have to note that this doesn't just power Epic's games. The Unreal Engine is used by hundreds of developers around the world and videos like these serve as a sales pitch to developers looking to utilize a third-party engine to create their game. Whether that would be an Indie game or big-budget AAA title.
Epic makes a living licensing their Unreal Engine. I agree that they should just release actual gameplay to show off these engines, but what can you do? lo...

I would say it's a bit of both. Have any of you just sat there and watched the dislikes rack up every second? I doubt people already watch that 3 minute video so quickly. It's pretty funny. It's the same with every other Xbox One video posted by a big youtube channel (i.e. IGN, Gamespot, GI, etc..)
On the other hand, MS did piss off a lot of people. So they could also be legit down votes.
If you guys don't have a capable PC but do have an Xbox 360, one of my biggest suggestions would be The Witcher 2. And for $10? I promise you won't regret it.
I should probably look into New Vegas since I haven't played it yet.

Ubisoft definitely need to shed more light on Patriots. My friend and I were reminiscing just the other day about all the fun we had playing Rainbow Six 3 for the original Xbox. We both picked up Vegas 2, completed the campaign, and are now moving on to play some terrorist hunt.
The Rainbow Six franchise is still imo one of the best tactical shooters ever. And with the reports of Patriots now becoming a next-gen title, I can't wait to see where Ubisoft takes the franchis...
