Huh? I thought the game was using UE4. Even mentioned in the trailers.
It will look better thanks to PBR system of UE4 and lighting, the foliage will look even better since UE4 has a special foliage lighting system.
Wise decision the desv did. The game is great and many people on different platforms should try it.
It is an UE4 game so obviously it won't be cross-gen. I hope Black Tusk can deliver the same quality Epic could though.

Sadly it doesn't even use the new foliage system that has backscattering from leaves brought up by 4.7 update (now 4.7.1) because this video was made using 4.6, otherwise it would have looked even better (it would have looked even better if they used distanfieldGI that the preview version version of 4.8 has).

Don't worry! They already made it easy to mod, I suspect you don't even need to mod anything and the materials are even there , you just need to remove some files and you get what you want (Just like some Nvidia tech demos...cough...Dawn...cough).

WTH??? First foursquare and no Maps, Near, And YouTube? I backed up foursquare on my harddrive a year ago before its removal but nsince that date I didn't touch my vita. I cna backup youtube but maps and near can't be backed up. Sony is really losing support for the Vita and that saddens me very much.
