The games do but I always enjoyed the animes. Like too many of Bamco anime games, they just feel mediocre low tier efforts with them relying heavily on the IP for sales.
^^^ Not everyone probably has a high end phone like a S23 Ultra but my 6.8 inch OLED screen will be vastly superior to the Q's 8 inch 1080p LCD screen. I think the price point will dictate how well it sells but a Kishi plus an external battery pack would likely be a far cheaper option than buying a Q while doing the same thing.
That looks so cool but Meta exclusive is a huge let down and is going to have serious ramifications on VR game's future if they want to try and monopolise a pretty small but dedicated niche gaming market. Another reason to hate facebook and Zuckerberg
Hurray, can see Cammy's ass sweat, 2023, what a time to be alive!
Kind of expected this really, if you want a really good single player experience fighting game, wait for Mortal Kombat. SF6 delivers where it counts though, the gameplay is amazing, best SF game I've played since Alpha 3.
That's the thing though, the average gamer doesn't want to spend hours in the lab learning combos and practicing their execution, they just want to mash buttons and have fun.
Probably because Sony doesn't put all their eggs in one basket.
What sales? Everyone is going to get it on gamepass anyway
I think most gamers would love for MS to show some great games and give them a reason to go buy a Xbox but they seem more intent on buying studios that make great games as opposed to making their own. As a gamer I can't forgive them for buying Bethesda and trying to buy Activision, these moves are not good for gamers overall at all.. unless you're a cheapskate who just wants more free games on gamepass.
For then to dominate, they'd actually need to know how to manage their creative talent. They need some big first party games that aren't Forza before they can even generate the sort of hype Sony and Nintendo does. Ever since Kinect, the only thing Microsoft has provided is mediocrity
With a well crafted story, Gollum/Smeagol could have made a great game. Certainly not something I'd ever expect or ask for but I think he is one of the best characters in Middle Earth which is probably large in part to just how amazing Andy Serkis was in bringing him to life.
Title misses the most important element of the game.. it's a Gacha game! From my small time playing, it just felt like a poor man's Genshin Impact. Maybe they've improved on it a lot but those gacha prices will keep me far away from this.
The problem I think was that a lot of what was showcased lacked mainstream appeal. For Destiny players, they'll be happy to see Cayde back in some capacity. The VR stuff was good but again, limited appeal.. seeing RE4 in VR was amazing. I went in with no expectations and I enjoyed what was showcased.
You can get it right now for like 100 bucks called backbone and I think Kishi offers it too.
I've not used them myself but you can buy mobile controllers which allow ps remote play that you can clip onto your phone. Not tried them myself but I'd wager they are a fair bit cheaper and if you have a high end phone, would probably work out better.
It's all Sony and Nintendo's fault, if only they didn't know how to manage their creative talent and didn't create so many mind blowing GOTY contender games!
^^^ The warning signs were certainly there but I expected those to compliment the game, not compensate for the shockingly bad narrative. There was more chemistry between the protagonist Nyx and Luna in Kingsglaive than there ever was between Noctis and her.
The shackles are off? So it's Fifa's fault that they basically released the same game each year with a few tweaks, that many modes have barely any attention given to them playing second fiddle to UT? Go home EA, you're drunk.
Honestly after FF15, I tried to keep my excitement in check even if I do have faith in YoshiP (I've been consistently playing FF14 for five years now) but after these previews, my hype meter has exploded, this game looks absolutely amazing.
It's inevitable. They are making the exact same mistake, how can they compete with DBD when they only have one license and from the sounds of it, are extremely limited with additional content they can add? Meanwhile DBD announce Nicolas Cage because why the ef not!
