I agree - But GTA hasn't sold millions and have such a huge fanbase cos of the graphics - it's because it's fun, with good scripts and you can run riot.
I can't wait for GTA I think it will be awesome - but will also buy Mafia 2 also when it comes out!!
I only have 1 system but even if I had 2 there is no way I'd buy any game for BOTH - why?????
Why not pick 1 - and if you've got extra money to burn (obviously do if thinking of buying for both) pick up the Limited Edition Version.
Anyway on the subject of the game - I just can not wait, so excited and can't remember being this hyped for a game.
I have the retail Blu Ray version - cos it was actually cheper than downloading it.
If I knew it would take up more than twice the space as the downloadable one then I would have downloaded, no question!
I expected a much better store update as we were promised a massive update - but I guess everything else would be wasted this week as the only thing people are interested in the the MGO Beta.

I haven't seen the add but don't think it matters too much - as long as the ad gets people to go to the shop and buy it - they will see both versions and also the Exclusive PS3 GTA Bundle.
And unless you are a complete hermit anyone and everyone who is remotely interested in this game now nows it's out on the 29th on both systems!!

I would love it if Home Open Beta came tomorrow but think probably not (although the servers are down for 15 hrs - must be doing a lot of testing on whatever they are adding tomorrow).

Only slightly disapointing thing is he said will be completed 'at an average pace' in about 40 hrs and Rockstar said it was 100 hrs +. Not that 40 is short but just that Rockstar have (like most publishers I guess) exagerated considerably.

I'm in the UK and my 60gb started freezing a few weeks ago so called Sony and I had a replacement 60 GB in 2 days - no probs whatsoever so I don't think there is such a problem.

Call me an optimist but could it be that in game music will come with Firmware 2.30 on 15th April????
And Sony have also said there would be ' a big surprise' when the new ps store re launches on the 15th, could this be Home???
Just maybe, they did say that in game messaging & custom soundtracks would come with Home so it all ties in.

This is great - I am in UK and have a US account and have wanted to download Rockband songs (not out in UK on PS3 til Sept) so I can go home and download some new songs :-)
Can someone tell me - is rockband downloaded songs available to all users on that ps3 or just the account that downloaded them?
