I sent my PM!
I made a community for Anime fans. I guess you can just go to my profile (ofx360) and go to my communities, it should be called "Anime Central" if you're interested
Who cares? A good games is a good game regardless of who made it
This game needs more visibility! I really want this game to do well
She literally just said, "I don't even", and people were able to take that as "Sony is in trouble"? - lmao!
How did a split second comment, out of a 30 minute podcast, turn into this sh*t show?
Also, they were talking about handheld gaming as a whole, not just Sony. The mentioned both the 3DS and the PSV.
I find it ironic that the OP accuses this podcast of falsification...
I think both MP games are so different that its really hard to say one offers more.
Out of gameplay features (Youtube, in-Depth Stat tracking, Clans, Groups, Clan/Group challenges, etc), Cod definitely offers more; but when it comes to gameplay vs gameplay, i guess i really can't say.
Though, there are more co-op modes in Cod, and it also looks (though, i'm not sure) a lot more in-depth. The BF3 co-op just looks kinda lazily thrown together, where a...
Oh, i see. Good stuff then!
Not that i'm not a fan of Steam but this site is comparing 2 million users playing ONE game. Steam tallies everyone playing any game.
I hope you know there are modes without Perks, Airstrikes, and such. Just an FYI for the everyday Cod hater.
My god......That UI looked terrible!
Its a trap!
Comparing two different genres for the win! Can never go wrong with that solid argument tactic.
It's almost inspiring to see the haters trying so hard just to show how much they hate a game!
I thought it was common knowledge that Treyarch and IW both worked on their version of the game for 2 years.
And i think that MW3 looks pretty good even on its "tired ass engine", but haters will hate i suppose. No stopping that.
I'm pretty sure with a Virtual Boy and Powerglove attachment, it'll do more than just survive!!
That's 5 maps per pack X 4 = 20 maps total
Which means, because their were 17 maps in the original game, that you now have 37 maps to play on in Multiplayer or co-op, if you so choose.
So a 117% increase in content.
I haven't bought any of the map packs, but if other people feel they're worth it, then i can't fault them.
I don't think they need a new engine.
First of all, i don't think people realize that Cod is running twice the game than most other games out there. That includes KZ3 and Gears of War3. Those games run at 30fps while Cod runs at 60fps. That's an achievement right there.
Second, does MW2 really look THAT bad? Really? I thought it looked just fine. Black Ops looked a little worse, but that's because they were using an older version of the MW2 en...
Again, you're missing the point of the article. Its not to say games can not be art, but to attempt to put it in a better definition. But you wouldn't know that because you didn't actually read the article.
Obviously anything can be artistic if you really wanted to argue for it, but, if you read the article, you'd see that he came up with a much more fitting definition for games, that both encompass the artistic and the engineering aspects of game development....
In the article, he says that "Artchitecture" (lol) is also a form of artistic expression. Plus i think calling it Architecture gets rid of all the confusion with the ambiguous definition of Art, and you put it in a more concrete, fitting definition. This way, if we keep referring to games as Architecture, it'll be more respected by the masses because Architecture only as a specific definition. Its easy for people to understand and respect. Where as Art is completely subjective, ...
Obviously, you don't know how to read.
How about we grow up and actually read what the article has to say before we comment.
Oh that's right...

N4G.
To be fair, 1.5% vs 3% isn't that far off when we're talking about estimates on something like this.
Assuming 30 million players om XBO today that works out to either ~14 minutes a week (3%) or ~7 minutes a week (1.5%) across the userbase. The difference is pretty small at this scale.
If we assume 15 million player, for 50% of the userbase that are actually using it, at 7 million hours a week that still only works out to ~28 minutes a week across ...
