Does he know that the Xbox 360 has been out for TWICE as long as the PS3? Microsoft and it's employees are idiot scum. The 360 has used up all of it's big guns and the PS3 is selling as well as the 360 did in it's first year with a large pricetag and no AAA titles. The 360 is going down.
It is, but people in Europe have higher income and the economy is roughly equivalent to yours. In the UK when someone buys a PS3 here for £400, it's nothing similar to paying $800 in the US because of the way the economy works.
PS3 games just keep looking better and better, they're starting to look like pixar movies, the 360 is gonna have a lot of catching up to do, unfortunately the only chance of catching up will be if they make the 3rd xbox console.
Anyone who buys a console with a 33% failure rate is an idiot in my opinion, would you buy a car if it had the same rate of failure? I highly doubt it, fanboys who want to play their beloved Halo 3 will do anything to get their hands on it, even if that means enduring a nightclub-style lights display of seizure enducing red beams.

I wouldn't go that far, this is the end of the PS3's first year, it'll already have Heavenly Sword, Ratchet and Uncharted by christmas time, that's a whole lot better than what MS had at the end of it's first year; Gears of Snore.

50 cent has sold over 20 million records worldwide, stupidity is in the masses. Sales does not equate to quality or depth, people find Halo fun to play but if you've been playing great PS2 and PC games for the last 5+ years then a game like Halo really doesn't excite you.

The graphics are more than "fine" and even in Forza 2 damage wasn't as interesting as it was hyped up to be. GT5 is better than Forza and PGR combined, it always has been, just because it has no damage doesn't make it any worse.
You're damn right I don't own an Xbo 360, ironically I sold it and bought a PS3 the day Halo 3 came out. I have a high-end PC so Halo is a joke to me, mouse and keyboard >>> controllers in FPS, I'm looking forward to some good console games on the PS3 like Ratchet, Final Fantasy & Metal Gear, not a PC wannabe game with a cult of 12 year old fanboys.
Playstation has more than one franchise that beats the Halo series into the ground, you talk about gameplay yet you use Halo as an example, Halo has some of the worst gameplay and that's because it's a shooter.

Halo is an 8/10, the singleplayer is a joke and the multiplayer is it's only leg to stand on. Just because Microsoft have been saying Halo is spectacular since the first game doesn't make it true, no matter how much brainwashing they're capable of.
They should've just released Halo 3 as a multiplayer only game, the singleplayer isn't worth a penny when compared to most other FPS singleplayer modes out there. The multiplayer is where it shines if you enjoy console multiplayer, I personally think it's a mediocre experience when compared to PC gaming.

I sold my Xbox 360 yesterday because it's been nothing short of a nightmare, 2 RRoD problems, 3 controllers stopped working, 1 headset stopped working and 3 game discs mysteriously "cracked" while in use. They're like these idiots who think sales matter more than content, Halo is a bog-standard first person shooter with a low-level map editor bundled in. How that can compare to a game like crysis or even TF2 is beyond me.
