That would be cool if you were able to do that but in a "GTA MMO"!

I think it is because simplicity of downloading and playing a PC game. Heck all you need is uTorrent and Daemon Tools and your set. I wouldn't be suprised if devs start doing digital download only for their PC games. If they don't PC games will continue being the same price as console games.
The removal of OtherOS is no big deal to the majority of the PS3 gaming community. I will say this though, the people that are complaining about the OtherOS being taken away doesn't use it. There is a work-a-round to keep your OtherOS and have access to the PSN. If you are skilled enough to be able to navigate Linux you can do the work around. It's no big deal. I'm still running 3.15 and have access to PSN.

I would like to see a comparison video before I buy it. If it really works well I wouldn't mind getting that before Metroid: Other M comes out.

No Star Wars TOR wont be coming to 360. I don't think the 360's closed network is good for MMOs. I would see it coming to the PS3 with cross platform play with the PC like Final Fantasy 14.

Man I was hoping that Bioware announced The Old Republic on PS3 featuring cross-platform play with the PC version. Square Enix is doing it with FF 14, Bioware could do the same.
Hopefully Sony has at least a 32GB of internal memory. I would also like them to have a “mini blu-ray disk" type drive that can also read UMDs for backwards compatibility. Two analog sticks and a LED screen. Portable 720p gaming would be crazy!
Cool! My plan is to get the PC version of SC: Conviction and play with the resolution at 2560x1440, 60fps, 16x anti-aliasing, and control Sam Fisher with my Xbox 360 controller.

If Aaron thinks that streamed compressed 1080p video looks as good as uncompressed audio and 1080p video on a blu-ray disc he is smoking some really good sh*t!!

Don’t be a M$ whore Molyneux! I will most likely get both Natal and Move day 1; however I am anxious to see some really hardcore titles in action with both motion controllers. As of right now based on what we are hearing so far, the software for both Natal and Move is crap. I won’t be impressed by either one until I see a live demo of a hardcore came with both Natal and PS Move. I'm thinking the release date for both of them will be late October/early November (right before black Friday)...
Nope it is too late for a Wii HD from Nintendo. With the PS Move, Sony now has a PS3/Wii HD. I am sure about 30% of Wii titles will be ported to the PS3 in the next couple years.
I think Nintendo is going to have to come out with some different to steal the show again.
Heck man I remember when I went and bought my $70 Star Fox 64/rumble pak bundle from then called "Electronics Boutique" (now eb games). I got that thing home and was like OOOOMMMMMMGGGGG!! The controller is shaking, this is amazing!! LOL
I think 8.3/10 is a pretty good score considering God Of War 3 is gonna get a 10/10. We all know that FF13 isn't anywhere close to GOW3's epicness!!!!
This isn't a shock to me. The PS3 version has 1080p cut-scenes and lossless audio while the 360 has 720p cut-scenes with compressed audio so you would see a huge difference in size. I am impressed as well that SE was able to pull it off.
Well that just settled it for me. I imported FF VII: Advent Children on blu-ray from Japan with the FF XIII Demo. The CG cutscenes on the demo were straight 1080p, crisp, clean, and sharp greatness. These videos here aren't even close to that. I'm not saying the gameplay itself will look like crap but if I have a choice between upscaled 720p cutscenes on the 360 and native 1080p cutscenes on the PS3, it’s the PS3 version all the way.
This is the reason why I own both a 360 and PS3. Both list are great!!! Any real gamer has played through all the games on both lists.
