I really think an Xbox One version will really help the game audience wise and sales wise of course. So as mentioned before, I don't think it will be more than year before we see it released.
Couldn't agree more. I wish there was two upvote buttons man just for you. Blizzard was never like this, for some reason balancing in Overwatch recently has been off for some reason.
He didn't really mention a timeline or hinted towards anything but I guess it will be almost a year after initial release, at least based on most recent titles that came out recently that got ported to either PS4 and Xbox One after their original release.
If he wants reassurance from a developer he buys his games from and wants to support then maybe he should rethink his loyalty to that studio. When you love a studios' games, you believe they will deliver the best experience no matter the circumstances.
Off-topic though, I never understood the hate for Watch Dogs. I loved every bit of it, even the parts that never made sense in a million years and all its bugs and glitches. I just have a soft spot for glitchy games I guess haha
I doubt it really. Some company's twitter account are run by social media managers that actually know how to do their job AND have a sense of humor :D
Konami are kinda out of the market right now, MGSV's release brought them back into it for a relatively short period then they were done.
They do, it will probably be quite successful.
Almost all indie developers know how to treat their customers better than AAA developers/publishers.
That's an impressive collection for sure.
Knowing Frictional Games, it most likely will so rest assured
Some of the available horror games would make great VR experiences, SOMA, Until Dawn, Amnesia, Outlast.
Amnesia was something else, but imo a BIG part of why it became fans' favourite is because of PewDiePie's playthroughs and its YouTube presence at the time. SOMA was a unique experience and was definitely a better game quality-wise.
Sure, an expansive list of titles to choose from helps a console thrive, but the quality of each one is important as well.
Exactly, that's why I really want it to come to VR. SOMA's gameplay is really suited to VR.
I think almost everybody who played it enjoyed the brilliant atmosphere set by Frictional Games.
Online only titles range from great to bad with no apparent in between imo. Some of them require an always online connection and that's such a BIG no buy for me. Not everybody is able to be connected to the internet 24/7.
I remember it was kind of a mediocre game wasn't it? Never really delivered on the co-op aspect in the way the developer promised.
Yep, finally :) That realisation is better for all of us.
It would be cool but would potentially cause VERY heavy dizziness because of its main focus on gravity and time bending elements. As much as I would love for it to come to VR headsets, I think it's unlikely mainly because of its gameplay and gravity elements.
