Looking forward to this game like crazy.
First of all, it's not bias, it's biased. You can't say 'company x are bias', it's 'company x are biased'.
Sheesh.
Also, I fully agree that God of War III is probably an astounding game (I haven't played it yet) - a bar setter even. That doesn't mean it automatically qualifies for a perfect score.
The problem is, God of War IV will no doubt be even better than God of War III. The reason review sites don't hand out tens very often is because they have to ...
WANTWANTWANTWANTWANT! So God damned excited, nothing between now and Autumn is going to make this come any quicker - except maybe HL2 EP3. One more time - WAAAAANT!
It's possible, but I think they'll just keep supplying their own levels. It would be good to see some IP sharing, like some other iPhone games have done - a Rolando themed level would be good
It is incredibly useful - thanks to the awesome D McFerran for his Japan-infiltrating madskills.
This had better come to Germany!
The first condemned game Condemned Criminal Origins got me sweating, especially the abandoned subway section.
Not a bad read but I reckon an article about games that haven't aged visually a single day since release would be a better idea.
For example The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. Certainly not the best Zelda game but it's hard to imagine how it could be made to look better than it does, the engine is so perfectly attune to the game's art direction.
Resident Evil 4 is another one, oh and Soul Calibre on the Dreamcast. I'd have said Shadow of the Colossus but though it ...
The Wii was released this generation, so it is a current generation machine, it's that simple. Since when was graphical horsepower the only criteria for inclusion in the hallowed next-gen.
It has to be the final boss from the first GameCube Metroid Prime game, surely!
Trip isn't always right... I remember the 3DO, and I'm sure Trip does, too. Also he launched EA originally as being a champion of developers! Oops.
On the other hand he is a pretty provocative guy, and at least he's prepared to think original thoughts.
Where's the 4D!
This is better than locoroco, there I said it.
Also, the soundtrack by Mr Scruff is brilliant. There's a great review of the game here:

Metal Gear Solid trilogy on Xbox 360 is my guess. Re skinned versions of 1, 2 and 3 with the Guns Of The Patriots engine would be ace, and probably quite doable (all have far fewer cut scenes than GOTP).
That's probably just wishful thinking though, it could just as easy be something for the DSi or the iPhone (which would still be pretty cool).
I'm saying that the Departed is an awesome movie and that in spite of the fact that it is not innovative, it is still an excellent film, because it is expertly crafted. The point is, craft should be as important as innovation and that seems to be forgotten when it comes to gaming sometimes. Read the article and all will become clear.
@ JokerSGS - from dictionary.com:
"casualty - one who is injured or killed in an accident"
Perhaps you should check for yourself and while you're there, look up pwnd too.
Jesus christ, now there's a headline you don't read everyday. Talk about life imitating art imitating life...
Yeah my bad, Konami just sent this to us last week but I didn't realise it had been around since July, strange...
I've been using this for nearly a year now and it really is seamless. The only issue I have encountered is that movies have to be in .mov or mp4 format before they stream but you can get iSquint for free and it does the conversion job quick and painlessly. A great app and well worth it for mac owners.
I'm with you on that one.
