Once again Killzone is being overblown. I'm betting all my graphics "chips" on the new Bioshock. Killzone still suffers from the same sickness that it did in the first one. It's blah color scheme, which allows it to hide a lot of it's graphical inconsistencies.

im sory but heavenly sword and uncharted surpass killzone 2. KZ2 looks a tad bit better than GOW 2. all the light sources on kz2 are static and don't effect gameplay so there just for show. i love sony and hate MS but fact is fact.
This game has decent graphics, but it is still behind games like Uncharted and Heavenly Sword. They're just a little bit better than Gears of War 2.
Killzone 2 looks good, but I just got through firing up Heavenly Sword for old times sake, and I was amazed all over again. I think it looks better than KZ2 personally. Heavenly Sword was ahead of its time graphically speaking. The demo did dissappoint me though because the graphics weren't what I anticipated them to be.

If you compare Sony against Sony , then yes it's an 80% increase. But when compared with the numbers that MS is putting up, the PS3 needs a serious booster shot. $399 dollars is a lot of money to anyone. Mine just broke down with the yellow light of death, and rather than wait for a refurb, I;m actually thinking about buying another one. I called again and actually got through to a supervisor to no avail. The bit#h was just plain rude.Gave me some stupid car warranty analogy instead of a solution to my problem. I knew this wasn't an isolated event. Almighty Sony needs to own up to their faulty hardware and extend their warranty policy.
I just spoke to a sony rep not even an hour a half ago, and gave him my serial number and everything on the back of my ps3. All they said was it's out of warranty and there's nothing they can do about it. I even asked to speak to his superior, and still nothing was accomplished. I have to pay for their faulty hardware, and that's not fair. So maybe your anointed or blessed with good luck or something but nothing worked for me.
I have had the same exact problem and have mentioned it previously in my other comments. This is completely unfair. Another $150.00, i am not trying to hear that sh@t. I've tried all the tricks and tips, and still the yellow light of death persists. I even let them know about this article and they said it's probably hearsay. They own up to their mistakes and just extend the warranty like MS did for the 360.

After playing soul calibur 4, and virtua fighter 5, tekken seems like an afterthought. the combos and juggling have ruined this once pristine and competent game

I can see them passing 360 in hardware failures. I paid 600 dollars for the 60gb version and it crapped out on me. Now Sony wants me to pay $160 for their faulty hardware. NOT!! At least MS acknowledged it and compensated by a warranty extension. Sony needs to follow suit. or MS 360 will have another member in it's club. We need to pressure Sony into a warranty extension for those of us that got shafted. This is some BS for real. Anyone else have this problem
