He said DX12 and "similar updates to the ps4". He didn't say dx12 was going to the ps4.

Not to say I completely agree with everything he said, framerate is an issue on both consoles to varying degrees.

Sounds like IGN.

Freeball, it's even higher than that adjusted for inflation. Something from the earlier 90s is pretty much doubled by today's money, meaning games would be costing well over 100 dollars. Stuff from the 80s is even more. Gaming is much cheaper now than it was back then.

MGS is fine how it is. If you're going to remake something, remake Metal Gear 1 and 2, not the Solid series again.

Try reading the article next time, he very plainly said they both have advantages.

Sold more consoles out of it from the people who replaced banned ones, and people who like me who wanted one for modding and one normal.

Unless I was getting the "I have lots of money for videogames" edition, I'd definitely wait. Between now and then they'll surely be some good preorder incentives to take advantage of.

Many of them had been cheaper on Amazon within the last week. But they know people will be spending those Christmas gift cards, so up the prices go.

I think 20 is a bit too much, that'd mean 1 million a week which I don't think will happen without some heavy deals continuing.

Also Harvest, that 13.5 million was at the end of September. That's two and a half months ago, including Black Friday.

EDIT: Initially had the wrong month.

I'm mainly curious as to what happens come after the holidays, in regards to pricing and such.

I don't remember if it was or not, I may try playing with it offline, if possible. Maybe that will help.

Dude, you sound a little butthurt. It'll be okay, they are just video games.

But I do hate to inform you that MS cares about WW sales just as much as Sony. If not, they never would have bothered releasing outside of US and UK.

@kingbain90 - weird, because the X1 was barely selling anything before a second price cut and bunch of free games came along, and even then the PS4 seems to have still outsold it WW with all those supposedly inferior games.

While it's not unplayable, my version skipped throughout a lot of the cutscenes and froze a few times in transitions. Combine that with the below 30 framerate and it's annoying enough that while I technically CAN play it, it's just not worth it when there are much better experiences out right now.

The biggest thing I had issues with once I hit Super and especially Hyper was throttle control. Ease back into the throttle coming out of the turn or you'll end up in the ditch, especially in something like that Hennessey.

While there are some good points, specifically about some companies abusing DLC and others releasing very broken games, I can't take this article seriously when pretty much the sole reason for #3 is that he hates games from Telltale. Makes the article come off as a spoiled, petulent child crying because the industry doesn't give him exactly what he wants it to.

There have always been point-and-click and other similar styles games where they're not as interactive. ...

Summer will be busy if it holds up. Witcher got moved to late May, Batman is early June, and maybe MGS late June? That's an October type of lineup.

Network latency also accounts for other players' connections and the system compensating for them. Just because you have a fast connection doesn't mean everyone you're playing with does.

I wonder if they're hoping someone will accidentally buy Hardline because they think it's BF5.

It did return to it's basketball roots. It plays a lot like a group of unathletic college kids throwing a ball into a peach basket.
