That's not going to fool me! Look at the shoulders on "her"!
ROFL! I had always presumed that picture to be fake. What a crazy, sweating behemoth!
Nice work! - Very accurate adjustments!
If he's not allowed an internet connection then why does it matter if he has internet-capable devices in his home?
I wondered why I couldn't find any trace of this promotion. You'd think it'd benefit them having the promotion open to everyone. Surely it'd just be more people to view the Coca Cola advertisng?
While I would have liked the ability to walk slowly while aiming the controls really weren't an issue. You get used to them quickly.
My main complaint with this game is the AI partner. She's retarded. She's fantastic at healing and performs well during light combat sections but other than that she's a huge burden. During what I believe was the second encounter with a chainsaw wielder, as you turn valves, I witnessed her repeatedly stand absolutely still and wait to get chain sawe...
Pretty awesome list. I love Seven Force from GS Heroes! One of my favourite bosses ever! I never knew the name of it though! I know one of the gameboy's got a Gunstar sequel but I'm still waiting for a proper arcade/psn GS Heroes release!
What's the deal with the classics collection? How is it decided whether a game will be added? I thought it was simply based on "copies sold" but if that's true why isn't Call of Duty 4 "classic" yet? Has Activision simply refused to agree to a classic release because it's still selling so well?
Been using it for a while now. Very useful.
I think the keyword "Wii" should have been in that title. I almost got a little excited that we'd be getting more Metallica.
Edit: Sorry, I realise this is in the Wii catagory. I was browsing "all"
Hilarious article. Loved it.
I disagree because I found that rather easy... perhaps even fun. Sure, it took me a few tries on the last stage and I was always one or two measly points off but it was always doable.
My first play-through was on Medium, having to replay the game on Hard just to unlock <name of hardest difficulty setting> was a chore. Got platinum though! ;)
I completely agree. There's either no-one playing or they're from too far away. I tried Condemned 2 online and the few people online were American (I'm English). The games were unplayable. There's an achievement for blocking an attack online. I didn't get it. That's how playable it was.
Now? I'm from the UK and can view my trophies online.
Butcher Bay is included and improved in the new Riddick game. Buying the original would just be a waste of points.
Awesome. I visisted recently to see if this was possible.
Depends how you define auto-aim. There is sticky aim, at least in the single player. If you leave your crosshair static and an enemy runs past the crosshair will "sway" in his running direction. Anyway, as if a little sticky-aim was a bad thing.
Also, there's no need to make fun of people having difficulty with the aiming controls. I don't think they're very responsive and I don't play COD. I also don't have the reaction time of a slug, which might help mask this proble...
There is definitive lag/input latency. The people who don't notice it should not be commenting because you clearly don't know what the problem is. It's not "realistic weight" and it's not related to the acceleration or sensitivity settings. It's simply the amount of time it takes for the game to acknowledge your input. If you press right on the analogue stick it takes, according to some reports, 266-300ms for this to be represented on screen. It's not how fast it takes to reach full...
The Darkness was pretty damn good but the aiming was horrible. I hope Riddick doesn't suffer in this regard.
Also, while I didn't play Resistance 2's multiplayer much, which I understand to be good, I felt the single player was utterly disappointing. Very, very bland. I don't understand the graphical praises either. While certain locations and elements looked good overall I was not in the least bit impressed.
I cancelled my pre-order after I realised that my PC had effectively become a piece of crap since my order date. That was probably 2006. I would have bought it on one of the consoles had it been released.
