I bet they are. The Switch was probably their best gimmick for a console ever and following it up will be hard to do. That said I think a much more powerful Switch 2 would do very well just from carrying better specs and similar branding and mobility. I also think putting actual hardware in the dock is a great way to achieve this. An additional PSU for more power and a weaker CPU/GPU that would through the USBC interface bridge to the main console. Doing something like that would allow you to...
I'm actually glad to see them not following a trend for once. GamePass is a big deal for Xbox but MS has the deep pockets to float such things, Sony does not. Also it goes without saying that PlayStation's internal studios decimate Xbox Game Studios in terms of quality, despite Xbox having a, especially now, much larger pool of dev teams. To me it helps differentiate the two brands, people buy PlayStation for top tier exclusives and big Japanese support, where as people buy Xbox for c...
ugh more grifter Chi Com CCP junk
in the future you will own nothing and be happy about it. LOL no......you can see yourself out
And if NOA had passed on the device it would be talked about as yet another "amazing Japan only console" rather then a questionable misstep
Tekken 3 and Tekken Tag were the pinnacle of the series imo. so much variety, good balance and mini games that were crazy addictive. Fighting games have kind of fell off a lot since those days. Outside of Tekken SoulCalibur 2 was in my opinion a near perfect fighter. Shame the genre has gone the way of DLC hell and designed around eSports
Infinite was poorly handled from day 1. Id say it was too ambitious but there are smaller teams that made bigger games with better graphics. The game just never really got off its feet. the bad graphics reveal, missing the XSX launch it was clearly designed around to its actual launch as unpatched multiplayer on the disc, to its current state as still missing key single player components and a multiplayer that had killed fan enthusiasm. It be almost impossible to think of Xbox shelving the se...
Its just shell leftovers from Design Lab, I'd imagine not many people want this color. If you look on that website youd see this color has been available for a long time as a custom option its just that now they are releasing it as a preconfigured package.
not correct. They are doing Morrigan, and Felicia from DarkStalkers in this line as well. Does that change the fact that Capcom hasn't done shid with the series in forever? No, but its not just one figure. Hell at least DS is getting 3 of these, unlike poor Resident Evil which only gets statues that are both massive and massively expensive. Id love a Jill, Rebecca, and Claire trio from the bishoujo line
Ha, thats bait. if you played the game you know exactly what I'm talking about. Like I said still was a good game
This is the big problem with MS, always has been since the original Xbox. They buy great talent and then squander it with poor management and shoehorning dev teams into just making a specific IP, even if that studio is not well suited for the IP. Sony may have been in the game longer but PlayStations biggest growth period was during PS2, with many of their best teams coming together during that console. MS had impressive teams but they killed them off in one way or another. So it really does ...
What S-E is using the money for is pure trash (NFT's and crap) however I'm glad to see its a good company picking up the IP's and studios. Really anything is better then the commie filth Tencent.
February 4, 2021, Kadokawa announced that the company had formed a Capital Alliance with Sony and CyberAgent to strengthen the company's creation, development, and acquisition of new IP while also maximizing use of existing IPs.
This leads me to believe the merger may be simpler then some would think. Especially with Sony heavily invested into anime as well
I still do not see the value, MK is just not a series I see Sony wanting to go after. MS would be more interested in them for sure. Xbox is a very western focused brand and games like COD, MK, Elder Scrolls all make sense for MS to buy or want. Sony being a bit more spread out culturally is going to want studios that create games that could be region/culture specific as we have seen for decades Japan is exceedingly capable of making games that appeal universally. I could be off base here but ...
Kadokawa would be part of the acquisition, this news headline from earlier this year states " February 4, 2021, Kadokawa announced that the company had formed a Capital Alliance with Sony and CyberAgent to strengthen the company's creation, development, and acquisition of new IP while also maximizing use of existing IPs."
Its a very good game. Could have done with out the leftist political pandering talking points, ultimately it was still a good game especially since it was "free"
agreed we need to keep the filthy CCP out of gaming at all costs. China owns most of hollywood and influences much of the media with their filth. If gaming goes to the commies it might as well die
I do not see the value in this acquisition at all. Sony buying FromSoftware would be a much smarter purchase and strengthen their brand in their home country. Buying Warner they get what RockSteady, who while being a great team really does not serve a larger role imo.
Was hoping this would get a PS5 up port.
exactly what needs to happen to mobile game junk
