I love how the Vita was brought up here. Oh yes, let's compare a controller to a handheld system. That makes sense.
Gaming as a whole just doesn't feel anywhere near as exciting as it did before. I remember E3 2009 with the Uncharted 2 showing, THAT was just amazing. Now it is nothing but casual crap and pop stars. Beyond and The Last of Us look very promising though.
I do agree that the presentation was too long but Sony focuses on the casuals once and it is a disaster? What about the other MS E3's where Kinect was almost the ENTIRE show???

MS showed more for BO2 than ANY OTHER GAME. It is a f*cking multi-platform game. Guess what else they glorified??? TIMED DLC. This show was f*cking HORRIBLE. A complete waste of time.

Edit: This show was horrible. It was the same pattern. Why are they glorifying a MULITI-PLATFORM GAME (BO2) way more any exclusive that they have? (Which is hardly any)

It is the worst in the series for me. It is not a bad game, it just really disappointed me.

The demo is decent but I feel that way more could have been done. I would love to see a demo derby game with Motorstorm's mud and destruction engine. That would be awesome.

Might as well add this to the list of concepts/games ruined by Activision now. Sure, this game didn't have much potential anyway, but I see it doomed from the start with Acti in charge.
It needs TIME. You can't expect every developer to churn out game after game for a new system. Every single system has been like this, it is just more apparent nowadays because games are becoming more expensive to develop. The 360 needed time, the PS3 needed time, the 3DS needed time, and now PS Vita needs time. Give it that before acting like it is on life support mere months after it's release.

I have not played XII but I watched my brother play it a bit and it just seemed very un-appealing to me. The graphical style, the characters, the combat system, it all seemed so dull.

As a Vita owner, I say that you must be full of it. The system is extremely good. People just need to give it time.
Good review. I played the demo and I actually liked it a lot. I am not certain on paying full price for it though. I do want to get it at some point. For the first ever portable dual analog shooter, it plays very well.
