yes the ps3 is more powerful because of the cell but thats not going to make a big difference. Ram is a factor/ Devs are a factor. I agree with the article 100%.This is why I havent bought a bluray player.I received a ps3 as a gift andonly own 1 movie. I dont think a bank is really a great new feature if you cant get higher lvl gear. Right now gear is maxed out so whats the point of the bank? if you have 5 characters lvl 50 and what are you supposed to do store a bunch of other elites in the bank. Unless you c an go to lvl 100 then the bank is a waste to me

Load times on the 360 are great the way they are.Thats why this is optional .I still think installs are tarded ps3 or 360 but having the option is nice.By installing on a harddrive ps3 or 360 your at most saving what 3-5 seconds.Big whoop.
did anyone even read the article? They are closing the studio and the main team members are making a new studio and will continue to support halo wars and make New games.
