EA love sales. If by doing so can reach to wider audience and more sales and micro transactions, why not? Hope they release C&C Generals, Emperor Battle For Dune, Sims 4 on it.
show me one game which is super detailed and story rich. good gameplay, and not having to fork out extra money for mobile phone free to play liked micro transactions. please don't say jedi: fallen order... coz what kind of microtransactions in it we all still don't know. EA lied to us about no microtrasactions for years..
for me ME3 was ok, not a great game in series, compared to ME2. ME2 is still the series best.

10 years ago Free comes with ads... pay to remove ads... then people got around to remove the ads... then the gems... pay to earn gems.... then people got around with it with unlimited gems.... now they make the game online only, so that you can't hack it... by giving us incomplete game, and a gacha stuff, you have 0.3% chance of getting legendary items... even paid apps comes with microtransactions these days
its ok, God Of War and Horizon Zero Dawn don't have Multiplayer mode, and still be enjoyed by many.
imagine they release the port of pc/xbox GTA3,Vice & SA, with better graphics than ps2 version, in Switch.... then followi by releasing GTA5 port of PS3 on switch.
I played Xbox 360 games on the Sony Trinitron CRT TV, with composite cable... it was phenomenon. but then i bought a HD Ready LCD... color a bit wash out but the sharpness is amazing.
honestly after playing Horizon zero dawn, i have great hope for death stranding since both using Decima engine. but reserve the judgement until i get my hands on the game.

no loot boxes... but they have a reward box that gives you random useless items, and very once in blue moon rare items... they called it surprise mechanics. this will be implemented post launch
