It's pretty cool how a blu ray player is able to play games! Props to Sony!
The only thing they can do is drop the 40GB PS3 to $199 which they won't do at all! I can now definitely see HD DVD players being $99 on Black Friday! I might have to camp out at BB or CC for that!! If this price patterns keeps going on(Blu Ray being $200 more than it competitor) than I expect HD DVD to be standard by next year!
What are you talking about? PS2 didn't even have a hardrive... PS2 didn't even have online service like the original xbox has! PS2 didn't have DOWLOADABLE MOVIES, I believe Sony said there was going to be before it launched, but again another example of Sony underdelivering! The PS3 doesn't even have that feature yet!
It doesn't force you to buy into an HD format and you are available to still watch HD Movies!! M$ really had its customers in mind when they created the 360. Yes there is only ONE flaw with the 360 and that is covered with their extended warranty! Compared to its main competitor, who had the movie industry in mind when they put their console out, M$ has truly created an excellent entertainment device!
because the PS3s graphic processor and CPU processor can't handle it.. And if it can it should have been in there by now! The 360 I believe got it 6 months after it launched! Poor Sony Fanboys! Sony keeps telling you to bend over and you guys keep taking it! You guys might be starting to enjoy it with all the Sony Fanboys still defending their console of choice!
I can definiely agree with you there but without the PS3 having blu ray then blu ray would've been already dead before it even launched because of the price difference between it and HD DVD...
Good thing you didn't buy a PS3 cuz there's not games at all to play on that console!

You know whats amazing is that the 360 has been on the market for 2 years now and has only one price cut! If you can even call that a price cut $20-$50... While the PS3 has had 4 different SKU and 2 different types of price cuts! Amazing the power of the 360! Sony is getting desperate to get Blu Ray out there!

Not many people would benefit from having 6 months worth of live because there still many who don't have access to highspeed internet.. It would be a nice added bonus though to have it free for 6 months instead of the one month it currently has..
