Best news I have heard on next-gen games!!!!
I hate waiting around, it mentally prevents me from turning on my system at a moments notice.
I can't help think if it was 1080p he would have answered "you bet its 1080p, and it looks great!"
I'm going on record that one or more of the next-gen consoles is 720p.
Based on the number of disagree's I can see their is more love for Sony's current camera technology than I expected!
But I stand by my increasingly unpopular opinions!
Without the console, Canada is just being an evil tease to it's socialists citizens!
(I could say things like that because I am a proud Canuck... or "Hoser" as you will)
Considering the lead Sony has, I am surprised Sony didn't put the camera on hold for re-tooling. You know, make it Kinect 2 worthy.
At minimum Sony should have added an IR emitter / detector and figure out how to make it work later.
crap :( I can't read in the car without wanting to vomit. I don't think I would be a good candidate.
Oh well, back to worshiping the PS4.
I hope the rumors of motion sickness being fixed are true.
Does anyone remember the original fight club DVD packaging? I would love games to have some nice cardboard packaging with edge-to-edge printing.
Knack has some pretty horrible loading times. Not a good sign :(
I am thinking a 256GB SSD would make for a nice accessory.
I hope Sony wasn't planning on making any meaningful revenue by renting out their server farms to third-party companies.
Sorry, I meant 200 million per console (PS4,XBONE)
I think this meets the qualification of life-like.
For some of the picture, I very much doubt a regular person would be able to tell the difference.
I think this will be the biggest generation yet, with 200 million units sold.
Couple of reasons
1. China
2. Low start price, clear path to $200 within 4 years
3. Option to move PS4 to portable unit within 6 years thanks to more energy efficient design, extending the platform for many more years
Can't play Civ with analog sticks... at least, not well.
The multiple swipes during Civ leave me with some concern but other than that, this seems to be the most promising solution to the couch-keyboard problem yet!
And yes, shame on Microsoft for not coming up with this. Regardless of how well it works, at least Valve is trying.
While Infamous is on the top of my list, I must say The Division had the most impressive demo I have ever seen.
When the character closed the slightly ad-jar door automatically as bullets created realistic window damage above his head was the first time I said to myself, "ok, this is next-gen".
I think a lot of consumers are deciding whether they should purchase a retail copy for resale or digital download which travels with them forever.
Marvel vs DC using the Street Fighter IV engine!!!
iOS 7, Windows 8, Xbox One. It's a flat, texture-less, world.
True but until then it is pretty dry!
I hope Sony at least re-compiles some of their PS3 games so there is something in the PSN store.
