This article questions something I would like to know as a gamer. Does microsoft step it's game up and deliver a better experience? Then maybe we will see 360 taking over the gaming market with greatness and that is not a bad thing at all.

I can agree that he is abit biased but what he says is far from that fanboy nonsense that most biased persons say. He respects both microsoft and sony for what they do and thats something that most people find impossible to manage.
Your right about which one that makes the best service wins but nobody wins if we get the same games five times over from different developers. What we need is a healthy dose of innovation shot in to the gaming market and someone to take the risk of it flopping.

The xbox360 can't compete with the PS3 in price. Everything is cheaper on the PS3. Just to be able to use a samsung 500Gb HDD in your Ps3 says alot about Sony. They don't get one dime from that purchase but you gain the ability to download all of thier products and store it on the HDD to share or use as you please. They put their customers first and that I truly applaud them for.
I like the possitivity of your post but you could still be less biased and more neutral towards both the PS3 and 360 ^^ Anyhow keep up the good work.

This game looks amazing. The city feels more alive than in GTAIV and thats really hard to achive. I hope the gameplay gets alittle more innovative though because it feels like a Assassins creed + Crackdown rip off right about now. But I've only seen like a sneak peek from the game so I can't judge it just by that. <...

- The characters are much better in fallout 3 but they move just like in olivion this is a big annoyance to me.
- Textures are very bad at some places in Fallout 3. I think it's because of the DVD9 storage issue but who knows? Maybe lasy developers...
- The size of Fallout 3's map is smaller than oblivion. This is a big let down for me. I was hoping for the size equal or almost as big as north America, but it's like half of DC. That's what I've seen anyhow.

I also was planing on picking it up but at the retail stores it says you can play Mercs 2 split-screen and online co-op and I was really hoping to play it with some friends. Now they are saying that the split screen is none existant and that bothers me alot.
There is a 50-50 chance ill buy it atm. Without split screen there is more of a 80% chance ill ditch it. =/

If you say that reviews are the only thing that tells how good a game really is then according to you Ninja guiden sigma (PS3 exclusive) (8.8 meta) beats Ninja guiden 2 (8.1 meta) by a 0.7 score.
Also according to you Singstar with a metacritic of 8.2 would beat Ninja Guiden 2 by a 0.1 margin.
Everyone knows that you can't rate games by metacrit. Especially not games that are not even in the same genre... ...

I experienced the same with my PS3. I got a new controller and a new set of cables when the blueray broke. Gotta love good customer service =)

I live in Sweden and I can honestly say that I haven't seen a xbox360 commercial on tv since gears or war was released. PS3 commercials comes almost with every commercial break and that makes the Ps3 much more appeling to the masses imo.
If the Ps3 and 360 sells are equal in the US the PS3 is still before the 360 in Europe and Asia. Thats why it "magically" goes past the 360.
