If KZ2 came out and sucked big time and the CEO of Sony entertainment came out and said, "It's still a great game I liked it equally as much as Farcry 2 and LPB. It's much better than what everyone thinks. It's not a one trick pony!" How much do you think that is protecting your own product instead of telling the whole truth and nothing but the truth?

I think EA has finally figured out that Trophies + DLC = Bigger sales numbers overall. That alone would make them want to create exclusive DLC for the PS3 and as many Trophie supported games as possible =)

Seriously you get what you pay for nothing and nothing else. If you pay for a game you pay for what content there is on the disc and NOTHING else.
If the developer makes extra content after the game is released it's up to them to do whatever they feel like with it. If they decide to throw it in a lake then they can. Nobody owns it except for them. Understand?
When the DLC comes out for GTAIV,fallout3 and Mirrors edge we will be playing better and less old games than those with top notch graphics and great replayability =)
The exclusive DLC is not that big of a deal that people would like it to be.

The only parts which worries me about this game is length and replayability.
I really hope that it's like 20 hours long and has multiplayer with a mode like Capture the runner and Foot race. But I don't think this is the case...
Can't understand why developers doesn't make trophies for thier games. The sales rate would jump by a huge amount if they did.

correct me if im wrong but...
- GoW 2 uses the same graphics engine as GoW 1.
- You have the same crew in Gow 2 as in GoW 1.
- The battle with the loctus takes place in the US in GoW 2 just as in GoW 1.
- 70% of your arsenal in GoW 2 works exactly the same as in GoW 1.
- Gow 2's cover system has not been expanded and also works exactly as in Gow 1.
For me it feels like they slaped a bunch of maps on GoW 1 and called it GoW 2. I'm sure fantasys...

I would have thought that he was sincere if he had said that the game is far from perfect but still very good and that he thought that it's ALMOST as engrossing as Cod4 or Bioshock.
Saying it's MORE engrossing than Cod4 or Bioshock is a flat out lie and if I would be saying something like that I would have either gotten blackmailed to it or paid out my A$$ for it.

If they had slaped a map editor on the game and made it so you could only play on dedicated servers this would be some next gen stuff. But this is not all that imo. It's great that the singelplayer is the thing that shines in gears of war 2 because it's too bad that Epic doesn't know how to make a great multiplayer experience...
Yeah I think this game will be rated around 9 and maybe some 10s but imo they should have made the game more like an open world and less running in a narrow path :P
In every trailer of Fable 2 you see two people running in a trail of golden dust untill monsters comes up and they fight them for 5 minutes before they start runing along the golden trail again. Maybe it's just that they have filmed all trailers at the same place but if the game is like that all the time I won't bo...

I block when I need to and that is when someone spams the same button over and over. And usually if you block precicly when someone hits you, you can stagger him or counter him in someway.

If you watch the video of him displaying the so called "broken combo" you can see that it's far from the severity that the article would like you to think. It's not that overpowered.
An important factor to how the sales will go is that a demo of FFXIII will be released exclusivly on the PS3 and that may force some hardcore Final fantasy fans to purchase an PS3.
While they have purchased the PS3 for the demo why wouldn't they also pick up the game for PS3? It makes no sence to buying a PS3 for the demo and then end up buying a xbox360 and/or the 360 version of FFXIII after.
But still no sight of in-game voice chat... liek wtf? =S
