The problem isn't AT&T, its that the 3G is AT&T exclusive.
I have Verizon and I just got a new plan so I'm locked in for another 2 years (Verizon is much better where I live).
So what am I supposed to do? Start a new plan with AT&T (while having to buy out my Verizon contract...or I guess I could keep both...) just so I can get 3G for a handheld gaming console?
Exclusivity for service providers just doesn't make sen...

I would love for them to cut the prices to $200, although I know its not likely.
I really would like a 2nd PS3, as my original 60 gig is going on the fritz and the warranty is long over and don't feel like spending the $120 that it costs to get it fixed (especially since I already had it fixed once) when I could just buy a new one for $80 and keep the old one to put in my bedroom for netflix.

I agree, the lack of "epic-ness" in DA2 is the biggest difference from DA:O.
As for the hack n slash complaints, I think it has more to do with you having to repeatedly tap the attack button to continue attacking whereas in DA:O you could target an enemy and press the attack button and let it be (although you probably didn't do that much if you were a rogue or mage).

1) The scale of the story is not as epic. In origins you felt like you were changing the world. In DA2 its more like you're just going through one guys story on his way to being well known.

Its all a matter of opinion. I myself find most of the open world sandbox games boring.
Mainly because after the first 15 or so missions, you just redo the same missions in different parts of the "open world" under the guise of a new mission. There is story every here and there, but its just not my cup of tea.

Normally I agree, but with the preorder of dragon age 2 before some date (I think it was in december or early january) you got the free upgrade to the signature edition of the game at no extra cost with some extra stuff.

I'd say its hard to make a fair judgment on the characters after 5 hours of Dragon Age.
First you probably wouldn't have gotten all of the characters. Second, the game itself can run to 50+ hours so to judge something but the first 5 hours is jumping the gun a bit in my opinion.
All the people saying they will wait for the GOTY version with all the DLC...good for you, but I don't have that kind of patience. I want to play now!
Considering that neither the NGP or the 3DS has been released, I'd like to know how you already know that the 3DS provides the better "experience."
I'm not saying that it won't, but it seems awful assuming to say that the 3DS will provide the better 'experience' when I doubt you or the other people making such claims have actually held both in their hands and actually played with them.
