Adding gold to an already existing Gamepass ultimate sub will convert at a lower ratio or you can wait till the GPU expires and it will convert at the 1|1 ration. you can let the subscription expire or cancel anytime if you just wanted to add gold subscription without converting to gamepass ultimate.

I really needed this game to be at least half decent but the Beta didn’t impress me at all so I’m not going to pre order or pick up day one. Today I was told the beta isn’t from a months old build and was actually fairly recent, if this is true then I won’t be touching the game until it hits gamepass.
The contract might have been for X amount of years rather then specifically being renewed for each title. Sony hasn’t been doing much advertising this time around and I can’t blame them.
Never though the day would come where I say this but I’d be fine with having every 2D Metroid remade the way Dread plays.
Almost every doubt I had towards this game has gone.
The EMMI was a big worry for me but I’m really enjoying these section so far. The fear it puts into the player is fantastic and only having the interactions limited to specific parts was a good decision.

Adding the trials is fantastic, a pro consumer move imo but that feature is kinda broken and held back buy a negative. Blaming slow internet isn’t the right thing to be doing here.

I’m assuming the download size is the full game also? Either way it shouldn’t work that way, the timer should only move during play time.
