"This POS crappy service"
Haha, that's a good one. It IS a beta, its free to download and use, so what's the problem? If you don't like it, you can wait for full release. It's not like you paid for use of the PSN either, and the lack of Home's non-beta status is burning up your bucks or anything. It also doesn't keep you from playing your multiplayer games online, so I ask, yet once again, WHAT exactly is the problem?
I didn't see people flipping ou...
Some people just have an axe to grind. This site should expose the people who approve articles so we can hold them to task for not looking for a duplicate.
At least I wasn't the only one set off by the music in that scene. I remember RAGING... and thinking "I'll make you PAY for what you have done!" LOL.
That has got to be the most hideous string of "lyrics" I've ever had the misfortune of reading.
I give you points for effort, but how about you put your skills towards something other than delusions and ignorance?
I just wish that factchecking applied to blogs on major news sites just like they do in newspapers. When someone reads a story is from www.whatever.cnn.com, all they see is CNN and think "ooh, reputable news source!" and drink up the Kool-Aid.
Problem is, we've grown lazy and don't want to think for ourselves, so we let them spoonfeed us BS.
Kudos to the Author of this article for sticking to the facts and not going off on a tirade.
Movies don't make you cry, it's the script that the actors are reading from that make you cry.
Scripts don't make you cry, it's the words on the page that make you cry.
Words on the page don't make you cry, it's the concepts associated with the words that make you cry...
We can go on forever if we use the contributor's method.
I laughed, I cried... I rate the response two thumbs up.
As a longtime gamer, it's funny watching the same cycles happen over and over again. Atari vs Colecovision, Nintendo vs Sega, Nintendo vs Sony, Sony vs Microsoft, etc etc. Every time, a "winner" was declared by the media, and warnings of doooooom and gloom were always reported whenever the companies competed. The younger gamers haven't been exposed to this cycle, so their only point of reference is the current 3-way battle.

...only for the hardcore.
Seriously though, this is a silly thing to do on Micosoft's part.
It's great when a Developer can be so nonchalant about screwing the paying customer out of what was advertised and hyped up beyond belief. Way to take advantage of the gaming consumer's trust!
Why should gamers relax? Do you expect them to take the Epic way of dealing with a problem - relaxing and sleeping on a bed made of money?
And before anyone starts spitting out some BS at me, yes, I have played the game in its entirety.
So because you dislike your job, that means Leo is a crybaby for not putting up with a malfunctioning console that broke through no fault of his own?
Logic escapes you.
And this is why I jumped ship from PC to console.
I eagerly await the joyous day of my return, however. I fear that it will take a new X-Wing or TIE Fighter game for that to happen, though. :(
I love it when people present opinion as fact.
Open Zone is calling for you...
Wall of text hits for 55355 points of damage.
You die.
Oh I totally agree that they should tone down a sure to be M-Rated game so your mom and dad don't flip when they hear the bad things being said over your speakers...
*shakes head sadly*
I'm an adult, and I prefer my war games to be gritty. If the Devs can work in a language filter, great. If not, don't delay this game any further to cater to a demographic that shouldn't be playing the game in the first place.
So many opinion pieces on here with them!
I agree with the disagree on the disagrees.
Wait.. wut? I'z confuzzled nao. ;)
Good points. If you take the lifetime sales for each the 360 and PS3, and divide the sales by the # of years they've been on the market, you'll come up with an even more interesting #: The PS3 has sold more units PER YEAR than the 360.
Units sold worldwide since launch:
360: 22,306,300
PS3: 17,158,696
360: 22.3 mil / 3 years: 7.43mil units per year (average)
PS3: 17.1 mil / 2 years: 8.55mil units per year (average)

I got my copy from Amazon yesterday. I apologize for any tears I may have caused with my blatant consumerism. :(
